We could not be more pleased with this company. They are 100% professional, courteous, and careful. We did not have a single bump in the wall or furniture. They wrapped everything very carefully and gave 110%......and they were even cheerful. 5 stars all the way. I would use them again in a second and recommend them to my pickiest friends and family members!

Clear Lake Movers is by the far the WORST Business I've ever dealt with,  it just moving Business but BUSINESS PERIOD. Let me set the scenario for you, it's moving Day stress full already, you've got all your other Companies, Satelllite, Internet, Water etc set up to all be there after a certain time because the owner or Service Manager David, informed us it will only take 3 hours, 4 if anything goes wrong. We boxed up EVERYTHING had them in the spare room, disassembled our bed set in spare room, broke down all furniture set it spare room, all these guys had to do was walk in grab a box load it then load up the living room furniture.So Friday rolls around, our appointment is at noon, we've got the vehicles loaded down with everything. Then it's 12:30pm, then 1:00pm, then 2:00pm, tried calling several time but they had caller ID so I know they weren't answering, 3:00pm rolls around call...nothing, then we get a call saying the family before us was not prepared, packed, nothing just as if you walked into there house on a normal day. So, being a horrible manager and telling that family get your stuff ready, we'll be back once you call, we have another house that is ready to be directs his guys to WAIT!!!! We waited until 7:00PM until movers showed up and it was 11:00PM before they left. David the service manager promised my wife a heft discount, he was gonna wave this and do away with that and make things right because we ended up waiting 2 weeks to get the other companies out to out our house to connect the essentials. On top of that, I was not home at the time the guy brought the bill out they charged her Full Price!!! They saw a woman who did not know what she was looking at and tried, hell not tried the DID take advantage of her and swiped her card and never has the balls to call me back to get a refund. Well David you came highly recommend from Remax and Gary Greene Realtors but guess what not anymore. I'm a Service Manager in the Telecoms business and you can bet your a$$ if my team showed up and the customer wasn't ready, I would tell me my team I would call the customer and tell them the situation and reschedule it! Not make my next customer wait 7, I repeat 7 hours!!!!!!!! Until they showed up with very minimal at most no communication. DO NOT MOVE WITH CLEAR LAKE MOVERS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF INCOHERENT IDIOTS WHO WILL SCREW YOU OVER IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE  UPDATE: David the service manager has the nerve to harass me privately on the IM service, where none of you all  can see it, saying that I cant speak for my wife ? Excuse me sir if you allow people to walk all over and take advantage of your wife the that's your prerogative, but you will not treat my wife the way you did, by promising her a discount and then waiting until I was moving stuff to get her to sign and pay. You should be ashamed if yourself, the 3 guys who eventually showed up 7-8 later could not have worked any better or more promptly. Maybe you should take a lesson from the poor guys who get paid minimum wage on what Customer Service is.

2nd update: I'll have to pleasantly agree to disagree with the owner. Lol! My complaint over being harassed stands and should be all the ever obvious! The movers were alright. My complaint came when the lead guy had a problem with his square and wasn't able to charge my card at that time. The next day I phoned the receptionist to clear things up. She too was having issues. She apologized and said she would call me when the issue was resolved. The next day I received a threatening text from the owner claiming that I was avoiding paying for the service. Wow. That was obviously NOT the case but I was not about to argue with anyone via text. I immediately called the office and spoke again with the receptionist whom apologized for not calling me upon resolving the issue on their end as she said that she would. A serious lack of communication exists within this company. I used them twice in the past and this time makes my third. However, I will never use them again!!! They lost a repeat customer. I suggest looking elsewhere for moving services!! David: you did in fact have your niece working in the office as you told me when you came to my house on Diana Lane to give me a quote which you said your niece would send me via email. I do in fact have the correct company and you DID send me threatening and accusatory texts when the problem was not my fault. My last name was different at the time of this move.

These guys were recommended to us by our apartment office. We were moving apartments whim our bulking to downsize and needed movers just to move our furniture for us. They got back to me quickly with a quote. I called back twice to reschedule their arrival because the time at which were getting our new keys was not set in stone. They were accommodating each time and ended up showing up about ten minutes early on the day of the move.I was a little concerned as the date drew closer because we never received a confirmation email, but they had us listed when I called and they showed up on time the day of the move. They called when they arrived and asked questions to ensure they knew what all to take. The head mover, Jose, explained the pricing to me since we were doing a quick move from own apartment to another in the same building but there was a minimum two-hour pricing. I was impressed with these movers compared to other Houston-based companies we have used because they worked continuously and didn't seem to be wasting time anywhere. Previous companies we have used had movers who would play music loudly on their phones and took extremely long times to load a dolly. With a different company we even caught them taking a break on their phones while we were losing our car. But Clear Lake Movers didn't have those issues. It looked like they worked the entire time, wrapping our furniture in blankets to ensure it wasn't scratched and taking as much as they could as once. This impressed us since this is our second move in Houston.They were able to move all of our furniture, a few small packs of sundries, and put together our bed frame for us in two hours, which impressed us. The only downfall is a two-hour minimum to cover heir costs. We will recommend them to anyone needing to move in the Clear Lake/Webster/NASA area.
