Very efficient guys while the lowest price on the market (taking into account all additional charges). For 1 bedroom apartment we ordered 2 guys with 3 h minimum. It took in total 3 h 50 min to complete the move to a new apartment and unpack all the furniture. I would say it could take even less time if there was an elevator in the new address. I would recommend this company to anyone! Some Tips to Save money:- Pack all the small stuff in boxes yourself (incl. clothes and shoes) to save time and money required for packing during the move- In case you have something really expensive (like TV, computer etc), pack and deliver it yourself or take additional insurance as the standard moving company insurance usually covers based on weight - not value.- Get several quotes from moving companies to make sure you have the best deal. Note: make sure you clarify what's included in the price and what are additional charges (like packaging material, tax, min hours, cash / credit payment price, since when the time is counted, any road trip fee etc) as it may impact the total cost of the move.- As soon as the moving company arrives, keep track on time and guide them if necessary (for example, when we arrived to a new place, we agreed that all the small boxes they would leave on the first floor in the garage and big stuff like coach / bed etc they will move to the floor where it was supposed to be standing). It gives you some flexibility in timing and cost. As in case you are short in time or money you would be able to stop their service as soon as all the big stuff goes to its place, small boxes can be moved by you or your friends later on with no rush.

I moved 2 weeks ago.  Very very reasonable price!   They packed everything in my house and moved me within 6 hours.  I was only going about a mile but I had a lot to be packed.   The only problem was they did not use garment boxes.   The person on the phone said they would.  When they boxed my clothes I was not there.  Didn't find out until I got to my new apartment.   Also my 7k tempurpedic mattress was dirty from I guess laying it in the truck.   Other than that they did a great job.  Nothing damaged.  I would use them again.

All the five star reviews don't lie.Our experience was great.  We called later at night (9pm) a week before our move, and someone was there and ready to get us booked.  There is a $50 booking deposit that you pay over the phone.  It was odd but it went smoothly.On the move day, the crew: Victor + 2, sorry I can't remember their names now.  Showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were very friendly and took great care of our stuff.  After all the work was done at our new address, Victor walked me through the hours worked, deducted their break and the deposit and was able to clearly explain the final cost in a matter of minutes.Perhaps the most telling thing is, if I ever move again in the local Houston Area, I'll be calling Cheap Cheap and asking for Victor's crew!  Great Job guys.

I am updating my reviews from previous review I left here which was 2 stars. They reached out to me, apologized profusely and refunded me a part of the charge. They wanted to make sure customers are happy and I haven't seen this kind of customer service from moving companies. Thanks, Cheap Cheap Moving. I would still buy my own packing supplies and maybe hire them on separate days for packing and actual moving. It'll be more efficient. Also, if you're not happy with their service, reach out to them. They'll make it right.
