The guys were hard workers, however the "leader" Tim is not.  He originally told us when we booked them that they would arrive at 11AM.  He called back the next day to ask what time he told us.  That should have been the RED FLAG.  He confirmed between 11 and noon. Then on the day of he call at 11:40 to tell us that he was "one his way".  At 12:15 he called and told us that his guy did not show up but another was coming.  Finally they arrived a little after 1PM.  He dropped off two guys and said that he would be right back.  At 1:45 we left our garage storage to deliver our belongs.  I text Tim and told him that we were leaving, he said "Ok great, wow quick".  Tim finally arrived at our home at 1:20PM.  Just in time to watch his guys ram my executive desk into the wood front door.  That was pretty much the end of the work.  I ask Tim what he wanted to do about our door and he said that "he would have his guy come take a look at it."  That was about a week and a half ago and I have not heard anything from Tim or his "guy".  I cannot express enough how much NOT to USE THIS GUY!!!!  Honestly, nothing he said was accurate.  Simply should not be in the moving business.........

Mike & Mike were absolutely amazing.  We called on very short notice and Tim was able to get them over to help load up.   They absolutely exceeded my expectations.  Those two gentlemen were so courteous, considerate and incredibly strong.  They worked non-stop in loading up a 4 br house as quickly as possible.   I have NEVER had movers this good and I've hired several times for my own or kids moves.   Sure wish I'd known about them on my last move 9 years ago.    Truly delighted with the customer service, hard work and continuous pleasant attitude.

Very bad experience with this company. I booked four days in advance and was assured that it was no problem booking within a short time frame.   The morning of scheduled booking I received no initial phone call indicating we were still on. We planned for 11am; at 11am I called the company and was told they were running a little bit late and would arrive at 12pm. At 12pm I received a phone call saying they were still running late and would be another hour and a half! By 1:30pm I called the company to get an update and was told they would contact the movers. The movers returned the phone call letting me know it would take another 45 minutes. Making it a total of a 2 1/2 hour wait.   Wasted most of the day waiting around for movers who were not very time conscious of their customers.

Showed up 30 minutes late...not that big of a deal. Movers were super nice and friendly. They worked hard and I have no complaints about the movers. The truck was a Uhaul and not big enough to fit everything. We ended up moving three car loads by ourselves. They did nick two dressers but again no biggie it happens. My husband was left to pay and he wasn't given any paperwork then told one amount and then my credit card showed another amount. He didn't sign anything so I'm a little confused about the whole transaction. Need to call them to see if I can get paperwork and why there are different amounts. $530 for 5 hours and 3 guys...

These guys were awesome! We moved everything into a uhaul and when we arrived at the apartment we were too exhausted to move anymore. I called and they showed up within an hour! The guys were so nice and efficient, I would highly recommend them for anyone moving in the Houston area. THANK YOU!
