If I could rate them a ZERO I would! They arrived at 0715 and began working at 0800 on Aug 1st. We had an out of state move from the Houston area to FL. We rented two 26 ft uHaul trucks. After about 2 hours of very little progress to load our 4 BR, DR, office appliances and 2 safes they said they needed a 4th guy. At this point they'd only loaded few boxes. When the 4th guy arrived he worked for 30 min before asking for water and snacks. We gave him 1 water and no food but he kept coming to get the water without asking depleting our supply as well as our Propels. About 6 hours in and only half of 1 truck filled, they began to take legs, and doors off all of our furniture. They even completely took apart our Sleep Number bed including the electronics without our knowledge!!!! All of this while we were packing and cleaning preparing to leave. By 8 hours in I checked on the progress and they were still on the first truck and I noticed the load at that point had changed. So they loaded and reorganized over and over again the same boxes. We completed what we needed and were now able to observe more closely. 2 of the guys sat around while waiting to be told what to do. They sat around quite a bit. My husband andi grew impatient and kept asking what the problem was. The guy in charge kept saying "this is such a big job. We have to pack it right. The 2 who sat around were given the task of moving our $600 Christmas tree (that I kept half decorated but wrapped) down the stairs. In doing so they broke it. It took them 13.5 hours YES over 13 hours to load 2 trucks. The lead guy wanted to charge us another $1600 over $650 we prepaid. He discounted the tree and charged $1000 instead. When we got to FL our movers there off loaded and placed iti to 5 storage units in 5 hours. They informed us we were SCAMED and that Best Deal Movers just wanted to run up the hours and get paid more. Oh several of the furniture pieces are scratched! We will have to have Sleep Number put the bed back together. We did NOT authorize them to do this. So if it doesn't work our attorneys will be reaching out to them. Bottom line learn from our mistake in trusting them and DO NOT EVER USE THESE SCAMMERS!

Fantastic Experience, cannot recommend them highly enough.My mother had recently moved and had a very large piece of furniture that we were unable to get into her house on first attempt. We were making another attempt to take measurements and determine whether it could actually be done when I came to the realization that while it appeared it would just fit, there was no way possible that my brother and I would be able to do it alone. I called on Saturday afternoon and asked for 4 men to move the furniture, Best Deal said they could have a team there in the morning between 7:30 and 9am.They arrived on time, they were EXTREMELY courteous and professional and had the most upbeat attitude and approach to the whole endeavor. We tried moving the item, but my measurements were off by just a bit so they recommended that we take the doors off the furniture (I had already taken them off the hinges of the bedroom door), and that's all it took.I can't thank the team at Best Deal Movers enough. Tim answered on my 1st call, they confirmed in the morning, arrived on time and were a pleasure to interact with.I would highly recommend Best Deal to anyone with a need for moving,  whether a few items (like us) or a whole house.

This is the first time I've ever written a Yelp review, but because the service was so bad.. I had to warn the public and vent. *They offer a reasonable hourly rate that's appealing at first, but the catch is this: You provide the U-Haul truck and they use shrink wrap as rope. Tim must of spent almost 30-40 min alone making "shrink wrap rope" when they should've already have bungee ropes to secure the furniture, and also.. their OWN shrink wrap. I mean, they are a moving company right?? But hey, I guess it's their way to get that extra 90 bucks while mooching off the supplies the customer must provide. They're also extra slow at dissembling and resembling bed frames. They don't use power tools! Even after saying all of this, this wasn't the worst part...They made 3 holes on my landlord's ceiling while moving in! And what's even more bad.. Tim denied doing the damage. He said "Well, it's he say she say." No bro, the landlord knows his house. Why would he lie about that and get in some conflict? Instead of paying any compensation for the damages, Tim said to knock off 1 hr that I owed him and pay that 90 I would've paid him to the guy fixing the hole instead. Complete ridiculousness. It's only ethical he docks me an hour and HE pays the guy to fix the holes. But he wasn't trying to pay for no compensation in damages. It was my first day moving in, and my landlord is already pissed at me for such a crappy move. But no, Tim doesn't care about any of that even though he failed to realize his moving incompetency put a bad look to my tenancy. Anybody can do a great job if you give them all the time in the world, they'll also be extra careful going around the corners. But there's a reason to this extra care they put in.My best advice is to pay for a reputable moving company who will genuinely take blame for at fault situations and handle compensation in damages. That or get lucky with the Home Depot parking lot. Either way, I'd recommend in you staying away from this so called moving company.

I have now used Best Deal Movers twice and I can't say enough about them.  They were responsive.  They were on time.  They were professional.  They were efficient. They got the job done.  I called them at the last minute and they didn't bat an eye.  They just went to work.  I can't thank them enough for their help and I know who to call the next time I need to move.

Horrible! Tim the person i spoke to phone was very good initially. But when i asked for email confirmation, he will never responded. This is just before the moving day. I was following up with him from 2-3 days and no response. I am cancelling my service and moving to a different mover because of the horrible experience. Please beware before using this movers
