Francisco and his partner were amazing they moved me out of my old place and into my new one with no problem. They were very nice from beginning to end. I cant say enough about how kind and professional everyone I interacted with at Ameritex was.If you're looking for a company to help you move with no hassle and professional look no further!

UPDATE - Ameritex reached out to me after my post and are making things right. Also note the the 2nd team if movers that showed up on Monday did an excellent job. Worst move experience ever. I had arranged for them to assist us packing but the 3 guys who showed up didn't have it on their work order. Only one spoke English and not very well. Instead of using the truck to move our items, they walked everything to our new apartment, 3 buildings away. When it started raining they continued to move our stuff in the rain including an oak hutch. We had to insist they stop because the few remaining items, plasma tv and bed and desk, would have been damaged in the rain even if shrink wrapped especially since they were walking EVERYTHING to the new apartment. So the guys said the would send guys the next day to finish. The next day no call from them. I called them and they wanted to set up a whole new move including $70 trip fee and that no one is available today so would have to be tomorrow. Now I have to miss a day of work WITHOUT PAY to accommodate their schedule. And they left trash at the old apartment in the rain that I had to clean up today.  WORST MOVE EXPERIENCE EVER.

The lady on the phone said I didn't need to take the drawers out of my dresser so I didn't. I was a little skeptical so had some empty boxes just in case. Sure enough, when they show up 30 min late, they are complaining that the drawers are still in. I told him I would unpack some to make it lighter but he said screw it and angrily wrapped it in plastic and put it on his dolly UPSIDE-DOWN...do they not understand gravity?! I had to follow him to the trailer picking up clothes and valuables he was dropping. It would have been better if it was light out but they were so late the sun was already down. The next day when I was finishing up at my old apartment I noticed damage on the door frame to the bedroom from their dolly and wanted to file a claim. I emailed them and they sent me a form that they wanted me to FAX them...what is this 1995?! Who has a fax machine?! Let a lose dial tone to hook it up to! I just forwarded that and pictures of the damage to my old apartment management and let them deal with it. Also they nice an entire box of glasses labeled in big letters " TALL GLASSES" " FRAGILE" which apparently translate to "hold my beer, watch how far I can throw this."The only good thing I can say about them is the boxes they provide are kind of nice. Definitely won't use again. Next time I'll try 2 dudes and a drunken mule. Maybe they'll be more careful.

Apart from not knowing what time they would be arriving until the day before the move (not impressed), they did a great job from start to finish. They worked really hard and were very polite, moving is stressful but the day went very well indeed. I would recommend.

I should have known better to book with them when I couldn't get a response back for a quote. They were late, scratched up my walls and both locations, and I'm still finding  things that were broken during the move. I asked for a claim sheet the next day and have yet to hear from them. Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Look for another company and I mean fast.
