Tanya is great, very responsive and empathetic. Unfortunately, the movers were supposed to arrive between 3 and 5 p.m. A two-hour window is enough of an estimate to me, so I'm not really expecting the window itself to be an estimate. No one called to say they were running late. I called at 4:45 and spoke with Tanya who was very apologetic. The movers did not call me until 5 and didn't arrive until 6:17. The move itself was fine. They were careful and fast. They completed the 2-bedroom move at 8:53 (I moved 15 minutes away), but their lateness really delayed our progress and not calling is totally unprofessional. I would not use in the future or recommend.

Out of all the moving companies I researched and believe me I researched a lot, this one was by far offering the cheapest prices. At first, I was discouraged by the reviews, but since the price was so great I decided to choose them for my move on 1/31/15.I had such a pleasant experience from the first inquiry up until they finished the move. Tanya was very professional and promptly responded to all my emails. She had said the movers would arrive between 12pm-2pm. The crew called ahead and advised they would arrive at 12:30pm which they did. They were also very professional. They provided me a contract detailing all the specifications of my move. The best part about the contract was the "start and finish time" section. The crew informed me that once they officially began moving items was when I would note on the contract the exact time they started and completed. It was a three man crew, the crew started at 12:46pm and finished at 2:40pm. They were SO fast and efficient! Not only were they fast and efficient, they handled all my boxes, fragile items and furniture with care. I had left a large picture frame and three large vases unwrapped...hoping they'd have something I could use to wrap them in. Of course they did, they had their well stocked trailer and delicately wrapped my items for me. I will most definitely use them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I cant believe the negative things I am reading on here about this company. I called them to do a move for my mother and had the best moving experience I have ever had. The guys were very professional and polite. Perfect Gentleman in my opinion. They wouldn't let my mom carry anything up the stairs into her new apartment. I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend them.

Before deciding to go with this company,  read the non- recommended reviews.  They are unprofessional,  they have hidden fees that they do not disclose until they show up with their truck,  they spend most of the move time laughing and joking around,  they will turn a 3 hour into move into a 7 hour one, they will leave their trash all over both the old and new home,  and they will charge you 4 times the price.  Do yourself a favor and go with a different company!

By far the easiest move I've ever had, and I've had a lot! This team was on time, and fast! They were very careful with my things and so polite! I will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you for making a very stressful time so easy!!
