I recently used puma for a move from dallas to LA. Cuba was in charge of the Dallas crew, they packed up my house professionally and quickly. My stuff was in LA in 5 days! in great shape without any damage. The LA crew led by David was also great.Their prices are reasonable and they didn't add any extras. I would use puma again in a second.

The way to hire a contractor is by getting a recommendation from someone you know who used their services. I heard about Puma Van Lines from a friend and I hired their services earlier this year when I needed to move from Denton to Dallas. The guys were wonderful and helped us with any request we had. Since the move went smooth, I hired them again to move my studio from Dallas to Fort Worth and requested the same crew. They did not disappoint. I will defiantly use them again in the future.I would like to thank Cesar and his crew for taking care of my items and being patient with me.

Worked with Curtis and his partner today through Puma. They were both great I would definitely use their services again! They were quick, efficient, and had great communication throughout the whole process.

These guys are terrific! Professional, responsive, efficient, and at a great price. I've used movers twice before moving from one place to another in the same city, and had bad experiences. So I was more than a little worried when I needed to schedule a move from Dallas to Austin. Cesar and Alex arrived when they said they would, and had everything packed up and ready to hit the road in less time than expected. Even with driving 3 hours through bad weather, they were finished unloading and setting up furniture 2 hours faster than what was originally quoted. Couldn't be happier with these guys. Everyone I've worked with at Puma were awesome! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move.

My Aunt passed away in February and we used Puma Van Lines to ship some family keepsakes from her home in Texas to my mother's home in California.  It was a combination of furniture that had been hand-made by my father, keepsake musical instruments, and family photo albums, along with other things families collect over the years.  Priceless items for us.  My first impression was very good as Debbie contacted me and provided a quote, assuring me that the space requirements other van lines were quoting was more than needed -- I only needed 200 sq ft instead of the almost 300 sq ft others were quoting.  I was a little disappointed when the discount she offered if we wait to move the items until fall was rescinded (she explained it was a mistake on her part).  I began to wonder if this was a bait and switch tactic.   On the day the items were packed up in Texas, I received a call from the packers, stating they needed to charge extra for wrapping the glass from a china hutch.   I refused, stating this should have been covered in the quote, since I had clearly explained a hutch was being packed.  Puma accepted my refusal to pay the extra amount.I have to say that Darrell, the delivery driver saved the day for Puma and my impression.  He called well ahead of time, and arrived as promised.  He was professional, and especially careful with our cherished items,  He took his time and unwrapped/unpacked each item and helped us place them in the house.  Today, my mother and I are enjoying precious memories thanks to Darrell.
