This company needs to close down. Do not trust this company. I booked an appointment one month ago to arrive today at 8am. At 7:30am we get a call from David saying due to rain (no rain here) he wanted to push it to 10am. We were a little upset since we knew it wasn't raining here and both my husband and I had taken the whole day off since they were to be here at 8am but said ok. At 11am they still were nowhere to be seen. I called his number, the main number and emailed but no one answered or responded. About 20 minutes later David called and said he would finally get his crew together and head our way. I asked him when he would be here and he said within an hour. He said he would get his team together and call. Nearly an hour and a half later, now almost 1pm, I called him. No answer. I then called other companies and one came through to fix his mess but they can't be here until around 8pm. David called shortly later and said they were all set and heading our way. When I told him he had wasted 5 hours of our day and now I had no trust in his company to handle our personal items he seemed confused. I explained the whole ordeal again and without an apology or sense of responsibility he said ok. I want my hard earned money to go to a company that wants my business and earns it. This company has no respect for your time or you. By the way rain supposedly kept this company from fulfilling their obligation...meanwhile my husband mowed, edged and raked the yard...hmmm. My husband and I could have both saved our PTO and eliminated a lot of stress and frustration if we didn't choose this company.

David and his crew were great. They were extremely polite and moved quickly and efficiently.
