This company moved my sister and sent two movers with no equipment. They broke her furniture and had a pure lack of customer service. When trying to reach out to the manager or corporate staff they refused to respond to her calls and her frustrations...please whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The worse moving company I've ever dealt with. Not only did they not show up after I paid in advanced,  they continued to give me the run around.  After 3:30 I realized I had been scammed and they weren't showing up. I had to hire a moving truck in less than 24 hours and get people to help me at the last minute. It was a horrible experience and groupon is refusing to refund my money for a service I never received.  Please save yourself the headache and stress. They were so unprofessional,  had no integrity,  didn't respond to my text or phone calls. Movingcru is a fraud and scam. Do not waste your time or money. Because they most likely won't even show up.

Horrible experience.  Movers did not care about my items.  Damaged 3 bookcases and a brand new washer.  Phone calls to file a claim has been unanswered for months. I have sent pictures of the damage and have repeatedly called.  Over $1000 in damage.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Oh, don't mind me. I was just hoping to spend the first night in my new apartment and throw a housewarming and birthday party this weekend. But no, I guess actually showing up and keeping proper communication is a bit too much like right. BOO!!!!!So, I found this business on Groupon and I asked them if they could handle a short notice move. The lady was courteous and was able to set me up. She even called back and asked if they could make it an hour later. Of course I'm a laid back person and was like sure, let's just make sure the move is complete before 6 pm. I get tons of assurance that it will be no problem and they will even honor the Groupon price without me buying the Groupon first. This should have been my first red flag. But I'm like cool, I'll pay afterwards. I've done that before. No biggie. But oh honey, I wasn't ready for this hot mess. It's now over four hours later and no one has shown up. Also, I am the one who had to initiate communication to find out what was going on, and have been since 4 pm. I tried to be understanding and even empathetic, but this is just RIDICULOUS. I don't want them to touch a thing. I cannot tell you how livid and disgusted I am. And these people have the sheer nerve to ride on being owned by a vet. Pfft. You guys should be ashamed. But hey, we'll see how long you are able to stay in business with your poor ethics and lack of delivery.If you so happen to read your Yelp reviews first, please know that you will be sent back if you come to my house tonight. I mean, your claim of having such a big move before me should recoup your gas cost. I just wanted to throw that out there since you can't seem to be bothered to actually answer the phone. Ugh. You guys can take all the seats- but just not the ones going to my new house. Nah. I'll hire someone else to take those. Bye Felicia!PS, they finally showed- at 9:15 pm! Did they try a real apology? Nope. He just tried to pass the buck. Because of that, he got a no way and a door closed in his face. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you want more info, read their Facebook reviews.
