THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM! The actual movers do a great job but they overcharge you for EVERYTHING! It cost me $900 for a move from Rockwall to storage. I called to ask if it was going to be that much to move from storage that is supposedly in Dallas to my new place in Dallas. I was assured by Ronnie that it would be about half the cost. WRONG. I was then charged $1100!!!!! To move my belongings from storage to my new place in Dallas. I was able to get them to lower it to $900 yet again after being spoken to EXTREMELY rudely and arguing, but on top of the outrageous prices, nearly allllll of my kitchen items are broken!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone except my worst enemy!!!! I was told the manager would be calling me within 45 min at 12:30pm.....it is 4 and I have yet to receive a phone call. Beware! DO NOT USE MIGHTY MOVERS!!!!!!

We recently moved with a U-Haul from Michigan to Texas.  The move was for work and the new company put us up in corporate housing and since we were pretty burned out on moving, when it came time to get our own place we decided to hire movers. I found these guys on the BBB page and, after calling a few different places, Marco was the first to get back to me and the most thorough. He was very clear about pricing, he was able to get me scheduled for a Saturday morning move at 5 days' notice, and all the time estimates he gave me were right on. He called me Friday evening to give me a 1-hour window when the movers would arrive, and lo and behold, come Saturday morning between 8 and 9, they did! There were three guys and they got right to work. We had some stuff in our apartment but most of our belongings were in a storage unit, and they were fine with going to both places to load up the truck before heading to the new place. When it came time to unload we showed them where all the entrances to the building were in relation to the elevators and they said it would be quicker to take the stairs closest to our apartment. The stairs? Over an elevator? I figured since we were paying by the hour they wouldn't be concerned with speed, but they busted ass hauling everything up on foot. Also, of course, about halfway through unloading a torrential downpour was unleashed upon them and pretty soon the poor guys were soaked, but they kept going. The whole move start to finish took about three hours and we were really impressed.  There was nothing damaged and they were much quicker than we expected. Needless to say, we tipped, like, 40%. It seems impossible to find good movers but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. We'll call them back when it's time to move again.

We moved from Plano, TX to Frisco TX on Sept. 13, 2014. The worst moving experience ever.  Not only were they as slow as molasses and we were paying by the hour, but a console table ended up missing. They insisted there wasn't one, we knew there was.  Two days later we found it on the first floor of the building we moved into, standing on its side with the 3/4" thick glass missing.  They were not responsive at all since after searching the truck after the move we couldn't find it and we signed off that there was nothing left on the truck.  Stupid us, we can only blame exhaustion and frustration at how slow they were.  We just wanted them out of our sight. When it was time to pay, we gave them cash but didn't have enough with us and the move ended up  costing us twice as much as the estimate. We tried to pay the $90. balance with a check and you would have thought we had horns. We were told that one of their men would stay with me while my husband got them more cash.  We didn't even tip them....our brand new washer now has a huge dent in it which they insisted was there prior to the move.....it was not. We were told that they had a special way to move our new memory foam mattress.....they didn't.  They decided they couldn't get our couch out the door......we told them how to do it, after all....our previous movers got it in!  Moving is never easy......these people made it a nightmare.  Don't use them!!! They were horribly unprofessional.

I was in a situation where I was let down by other movers and I needed movers fast, within 24hrs. Mighty Movers was the first place I called and they were able to accommodate my time frame. Their cost was $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and a $150 fuel fee. So automatically, I was out $450. I was in a rut so I made a hasty decision and scheduled them. It's a decision I came to regret the next day. The 3 movers were friendly and efficient but not quick by any means and I later found one palm sized section of damage on my leather couch. I also had an issue with my form of payment as I had a spending limit on my card I was not aware of. So as I scrambled to make it to the bank in rush hour traffic I had the office lady and the owner "standing next to her" threatening to charge more. The final cost was $968 for about 5 hours. The company seems okay, but because of the high cost I wouldn't use them in the future. Also, one of the movers sequestered himself in my bathroom for about 40 minutes and I just thought that was kind of gross.

So everyone knows that moving is a stressful situation and I was having a really hard time trying to figure out how I was going to get all my stuff to my new home on such short notice. I had called two different moving companies prior to calling Mighty Movers and they both just blew me off immediately once I told them I kind of had a dilemma. I called Mighty Movers and spoke with Ronnie the office manager. He was so friendly on the phone and made me feel like he actually cared about my situation and cared about helping me. They were already done making the schedule for the next day but went out of their way to make room for me. They showed up right on time, took great care of all my things and made life a lot easier for me. Mighty Movers ended up making what I thought would be a horrible moving experience a great one. And they did it all for an awesome price, although I would be willing to pay high dollar for the type of service I received. I will be recommending them to all my friends. Thanks Mighty Movers!
