Recently moved our house into a storage unit.  From the first time we spoke on the phone through the end of the move day everything went as planned. The pricing was upfront and they had a few different options.  The movers seemed to be experienced and did a great job of wrapping all of our valuable furniture with shrink wrap and pads.  They showed up on time as planned.The one thing that really impressed me is these guys came to work.  There was not a bunch of hanging around. They worked hard for the whole time during this move.  They also helped me rearrange the storage unit when we got there because I already had stuff in it.  They made the space work!I am so impressed that I have already decided to use them for our next move.

I used Mighty Movers to move a 1 bedroom condo from the 16th floor of a highrise building (I had reserved a dedicated elevator) to a 3-story townhome less than 1 mile away.  Everything pre-move went fine from making the reservation and with Mighty Movers providing the insurance information to my HOA.I also agreed to pay an extra ~$50 for "priority" scheduling... guaranteeing that the movers show up between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.  This was important for me because I could only reserve the elevator in my building until 5:00pm.  Otherwise, their window was 1:00pm to 5:00pm.  This was a risk I could not take.Anyway, on the day of the move, 3:00pm came and went and I had not heard from the movers.  When I called them at 3:00pm, they said they were finishing up a different move and we be at my place by 4:00pm latest.  Well 4:00pm came and went... 5:00pm came and went... the movers didn't show up until 6:00pm!  All this time I had to argue with my HOA to keep the elevator reserved and allow the movers to show up at all.  The point of paying for "priority" was to MAKE SURE THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME.The move went OK... only one small vase broken and a few nicks and scratches on the wood furniture.  I had all my boxes packed and taped.  All they had to do was shrink wrap and move everything (the only large items I had were bed, mattress, box spring, TV, TV stand, couch, and bookshelf).It wasn't that much stuff but the movers didn't finish until 11:00pm!!!  5 HOURS FOR A ONE BEDROOM MOVE!!!  It certainly didn't help that one of the movers forgot his belt and he kept having to pull up his pants.  This may not seem like much, but at $100/hour, him being slower because of his "wardrobe malfunction" was costing me $$$.I called Mighty Movers office on Monday to complain.  They ended up not charging me the "priority" fee, but they refused to compensate anything for the inconvenience of the move.IN CONCLUSION: DECENT MOVERS, EXPENSIVE AND SLOW, UNRELIABLE SCHEDULING.

If I could give zero stars I freaking would. I called these guys on a monday needing to move into my apartment by Thursday. My rehearsal dinner was Friday and our wedding on Saturday, so I wanted to make sure we were all moved in before we got married. I didn't even have that much stuff. We literally just wanted to hire someone to move our king bed/box springs, night stand and TV stand. That's. It. They said they could fit us in on Thursday morning.What I got instead was a slew of problems and me not having movers. So I get an email the day of, saying they would arrive at the pickup location between 2-4 with a 30 minute courtesy call. Mind you I took off a day of work to meet up with these guys. So 3:55 rolls around and I haven't heard from them, so I call up the office. They say they're not sure what's up and they'll have the movers contact me. Great.Movers call me about 5 minutes later. "We have one more job to go to and then we'll come to you around 7pm. If we don't make it out today, we'll come by first thing tomorrow" "No no. I'm sorry, I have three things for you to move and you said you'd be here at this time. If you can't make it, I'll have to cancel and move in after my wedding. 7pm I'll be picking up wedding guests" Not cool dude. I took my day off. And excuse me, but not having a place to sleep on my wedding night is not an acceptable outcome."Alright let me talk to my manager and I'll call you back." At this point, the gentleman on the other side of the phone THINKS he hung up. He did not. and I heard every word. "This b**** won't drop it. Not my fault our company is s*** and can't schedule worth a d***. Haven't even eaten all day. Let's just move all her s*** as quickly as possible- I don't even give a f*** if we bang up anything, let's just get it done." Uh yeahno. So I called up the corporate office FUMING. "Under no circumstances do I want these men in my house, knowing where I live, or what items I own." They apologies and tell me they'll contact their other service crews to get someone out there asap. Great. So they call me back and say the only opening times they have is tomorrow at 5pm.- Tomorrow at 5pm during my wedding rehearsal. Not acceptable. You messed up, you work to my schedule. The next best they could do was the following sunday. I said thanks, but no thanks and I'd like to cancel.Two days later (on my wedding day) I get a call from Mighty Movers letting me know they'll be charging my card $75 for cancellation fee. EXCUSE ME WHAT! YOU run the scam show, not me. This was in no way my fault. You said you'd move me on thursday and now I have nowhere to sleep on my wedding night and have to move into my apartment AFTER my honeymoon. Absolutely not will I be paying a cancellation fee. I never heard from them again.Such complete crap. Worst movers ever. Worst company ever. Completely ruined what otherwise would have been a 100% perfect wedding.

If it were possible to give zero stars or less I would. These are just about the most amateur organization I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Where should I begin? Damaged furniture, which they tried to "repair" to hide the damage. Damage to our Dryer. Our Temperpedic mattress which has special moving requirements and which we were assured would be moved properly wasn't. Not only wasn't it moved properly but they didn't cover it, instead they brought it in stained and covered in their sweat and grim and then tried to laugh it off.When I complained I received a vague email about having to talk to a claims processor, then they said our apt was too far for them to come to view the damage and would I send photos - they are an hour away.Overall I cannot emphasize strongly enough - AVOID this company. Sure they are on Twitter and they reach out to everyone who mentions moving in the Dallas area but they are a bunch of cowboys who have no clue about how to move your belongings.

NO SHOW - I scheduled a furniture pick up and delivery and was given a three hour delivery window. After the window time expired and no one showed or called with an update, I called to check on status. I was told their prior job took longer than expected but that they were on their way. I called a second time after no one showed and no one answered the phone so I had to leave a message. No one ever returned my called or showed up.
