This company did an excellent job for us when we moved out of a downtown high rise building. These guys worked incredibly hard at a quick pace.  Emmanuel took the time to take apart and carefully wrap certain pieces to ensure no damage was done to any of my items including glass top tables, white leather bar stools and antiques.  Not a scratch on a single item.

I had a compliment on yelp regarding my review. The individual mentioned that he had to remove his review because Midnight Hour moving posted his personal contact information in their response to his review.I need a moment to let the classiness waft over me. Way to go, MHM, I didn't think you could get any trashier, but I stand corrected.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. The new apartment complex I moved into offered 2.5 free hours movers service as an incentive. I wasn't sure what to expect but from the beginning they were professional, courteous and extremely helpful when setting up my appointment time, even when I had to change my move time, they were able to accommodate me. They notified me about 20 minutes prior to their arrival. Vincent and Thomas arrived and got right to work! They were extremely polite and efficient. They wrapped my sofa and all my things to insure nothing got scuffed or damaged. They were amazing and packed up everything very quickly. When we got to my new place, they unloaded everything extremely fast, reassembled my bed, made sure all of my boxes were in the right rooms etc. They are extremely hard working individuals. As a single woman, I never felt uncomfortable being alone with them, professional all the way.I am now unpacked and can happily report that nothing was broken or damaged and everything is here and accounted for! You have some great employees in your company and I wouldn't hesitate to use your services again! All my coworkers and friends kept asking how my move went and I kept telling everyone that it went great. Moving is always so stressful, this company gets it and does everything to try to minimize that.I tipped them well because they deserved it!

Let me just tell you how down right despicable this moving company is. On top of it's movers being THIEVES, which is basically what Kika (lady in the office) told me, they literally have no regard for you as a customer. I told her I was missing a box (my crockpot and a few other kitchen things, no big deal but still my stuff) she said "oh well the truck, was empty they are checked every day"... of course it was empty you ding bat!! You think they want their boss to see they took someone's boxes?! Then she had the nerve to say, it has to be at the pick up location or drop off location. Well Kika, as it turns out I didn't move from one mansion to another, not a lot of space to check!! It's a 1b 1b apt, pick up and drop off. I've been back to the old apt TWICE (it's 10 min from my new location) TRUST ME, it's empty. Come on over I'll show you since you all seem to think I can't see.....Next, my brand new washer was dropped. No, I did not buy the extra insurance bc I don't own a lot of fancy things. I asked Just be carful with the tv, washer, and dryer. Simple. Or so I thought, bc I've used great moving companies in the past (this isn't one of them). They didn't bother wrapping it, putting a blanket around it- nothing. TWO MEN TOGETHER COULD NOT SAFELY MOVE MY WASHER UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS. I mean I've never worked in the moving business, but this isn't a grand piano people, get your life together if you want a moving company. LITERALLY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE CUSTOMER SERVICE WISE. Oh wait, I'm gonna get .60 per pound for the 192 pound washer that cost me $800 TWO MEN dropped DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS. Like I said, I didn't buy the extra insurance, but it could have been wrapped, and now I'm missing stuff and literally no one from this company cares??? Pathetic business, pathetic customer service, and I'm betting the ONLY reason you all have any business is bc of contracts through these apt locators you guys get.
