Great service and very professional.. the price was very reasonable and they did a very good job at cleaning a lot is spots made by my pets and they use a deodorant type of shampoo that made me whole office smell amazing. Highly recommend them and I will use them again

Whew! Life can be a freaking whirlwind sometimes. Last week I was reallly pregnant with nesting probs and needed that extra set of hands to give the house a bit of a refresh. Thankfully last Monday my husbands old coworker mentioned Maidmasters and suggested we give them a try for a few hours. I gave them a call and was lucky enough to have Misti come by the next day (I think it was Misti that helped out - she was a nice blonde lady that was quite thorough with her cleaning, Maidmasters did tell me they noted who came by so I can request her again next time. ) Anyways, Misti deep cleaned my kitchen and bathroom(the main rooms I was concerned with because I couldn't be on my feet very long to mop as well as be on my knees to detail the baseboards - which she did for me!) She was in and out in a little over two hours and my downstairs bedroom and living room looked great. The house had that fresh clean scent I needed badly.For someone that does the cleaning herself, I was hesitant at first because it felt weird to have someone help you clean your home but after this experience I'm highly considering having them come by at least once a month. Oh and the timing couldn't have been better because baby Holly arrived later that week on Friday! Use that Yelp deal and gift it to a pregnant lady near and dear to your heart- it's definitely a gift she didn't know she needed. :)

I can't say how grateful I am for the flexibility and responsiveness of Maid Masters! Arranging a cleaning from Houston was no small task but the staff at Maid Masters went above and beyond to accommodate timing, cleaning preferences, and all the other related logistics. Thank you again for everything.

Scam of a business!Cleaner said that she was running late, and after inquiring how long she would be, she didn't give a straight answer. Then she hung up on me. After calling the main office, I was told she was offended and didn't want to come and clean.  I asked for a refund and was denied the carpet cleaning portion; they were close by. 30 min later, and they are no where to be seen.  What a scam! Thank god I used a good credit card that will reverse the charges.

We were in a rush to move out of the rental home in Plano and they were able to schedule us the next day to my surprise! We used their junk removal and hauling service plus their steam carpet cleaning service too and quite many stains were removed. The junk removal team were very fast and were quick on their feet. The manager was very nice and friendly. I don't usually write many reviews but I felt like I needed to for Maid Masters because they were so professional and their service saved our day.
