We have been using Elia for a few years now and she does an amazing job. We have recommended her to multiple friends and they all can't speak highly enough of her! She cleans our house on a weekly basis and does an amazing job!

This is my second time using Maid Masters for steam carpet cleaning, very good customer service, Omar did an excellent job , he was very thorough and he was very helpful in offering suggestions and advice ! Highly recommend

Ive had my cleaning lady for 2 years now but she needed to go back home to her family. I had to look for another cleaning lady immediately, I was so worried because i'm kind of a neat freak. My friend recommended me to Maid Masters, so far so good Elia was great with everything, she paid attention to details and actually would ask me if I prefer using eco friendly products which was great! I did a walk through with her before she left, she pointed out what she did which made me really comfortable so I know what they do the next time they come in. I also asked if she can change my bedsheets every time she's here and she said "no problem" I'm definitely going to book them from now on, I'm a satisfied customer.

Make sure you have a payment method that is protected.Scheduled a move-in clean with Maid Masters.  Last minute they tried to change schedule on me without reason.  When the cleaning crew showed up, they were not in maid masters uniform and at the end gave me a business card for a company that was not maid masters.  Maid Masters had hired out another 3rd party to cover their short staff.Crew of 3 finished 4000 square feet in 3 hours.  The crew packed up their equipment, then asked us to review.  We quickly pointed out the problems we could find, asked them to clean them again.  Then the crew left.After the crew left, we started a more thorough review, and were very disappointed.  Cleaning agent left on sinks and showers without being wiped down.  Handfulls of previous owner's hair left in drawers, no baseboards cleaned, Carpets not vacuumed, toilets not cleaned, the list goes on.We coordinated with the main contact, who asked us to give the crew a second chance.  They stated if we were unsatisfied with the second attempt, they would give us a refund.  While we waited, the carpet cleaner came.  He was professional and did a good job.  He asked if the cleaning crew even cleaned the carpets, he had to vacuum and sweep up himself before he could proceed.  He stated that he called the company to tell them the cleaning job was not up to their standards.The original crew came back that night, They started by complaining that it was clean.  As we showed them the problems, it appeared that they were going to clean this time.  As we told them a 2nd and 3rd time what they had missed, we finally gave up.After cleaning our house ourselves, we tried to contact maid masters through, phone, text and email to work out a resolution.  We received no response from them.  We have escalated this to claims through our payment method

I called Maid Masters for a home cleaning gift for my mother in law. They were fully booked but they called me right away when they had an opening. I like that they followed up and my mother in law was very happy with the cleaning. I just found out they do carpet cleaning as well so definitely going to book it this week.
