This company is fraudulent!!! Beware they have been flagged for violating Texas commerce laws . They have also been flagged on numerous sites for trying to improve their ratings by submitting false reviews. We have had to hire an attorney and our currently in litigation to retrieve our possessions. I urge you to investigate this company and do NOT hire this company This a picture of my empty closet my whole house looks like this no clothes no furniture no kitchen supplies etc…

The movers that showed up were god awful! One guy literally complained the entire time he was there. To me and everyone else. Also was riding my daughters skateboard instead of moving and found any reason to do something other than his job. They dented my fridge, deep scratch on my washer, scratches all over my brand new tile floors. My husband was a mover for years professionally at a major moving company. He told me that it would easily cost well under 2k he would be surprised if it even cost 1500 with tips...We paid for 2 trucks to avoid two trips. Three men. They took forever at the storage which is usually the easiest part. Literally just load it. There was a couple difficult pieces but overall no more than a normal household move. I also let Carlos know about everything large in size so they were well prepared for what was needed... we had to still make two trips because they didn't pack the trucks how they should have if they were professionals. They dropped off one loaded truck at the house. Then had to take that truck to the apartment to move the rest of the things to the new house. They showed up in uhauls which should have been a red flag right then and there...
My husband who had been working since 430 am helped them unload at the house from storage. Then helped again at the apartment. The guys were moving slow and like one box at a time.... The dented my apartment walls. They didn't even put anything where it was supposed to go and again because they didn't know how to stack what took up less than half our garage was completely full. My husband redid it all a couple of days later. They broke a bunch of stuff after unpacking things. They left a dolly at our house and some guy came over without calling first and we weren't home to run a quick errand, they showed up unannounced and had my CHILDREN open our garage for them to get their dolly. We only knew because our kids told us. I was livid.

I have moved with Giovanni van lines last week
From Texas to nj
Pick up date was 1/16/19 and I all ready have my belongings with me here in my new place
Giovanni crew came and pick up my belongings with less then a hour
All was smoothly. They charge me an extra $300 to pack up my kitchen and glass top, all what they pack came with the same condition
I’m very happy customer
I will recommend this company to everyone like to move with stress free

Giovanni van line company is horrible I have ever seen, owner Giovanni doesn't have courtesy, he keeps arguing with us, he doesn't know how to behave with customers. We got quotes for 1500 dollars, as soon as he come for pickup he started saying look for another transport we can't take stuff for that price. if he can't move for that price why they have given quote? Started asking more money and we agreed to give that. My estimated deliver date was March 13th but they reached 2 days before the delivery time and started arguing for more money. And they damaged all the stuff. My humble request for anyone who is looking for move, don't go with Giovanni van lines. I will give 0 ratings for the service.
