Do not use this company. The owner is very nice and flexible but has nothing to do with the moving. A bunch of college guys showed up and broke 5 different pieces of furniture. They also didn't finish moving everything I had to go back 3 more times to finish the move. This company cost me twice as much as they were supposed to save.

Like the other review said, the owner is very nice but after I spoke with him not once, not twice, but THREE times and scheduled my move with 4 guys (estimated to be 6 hours for a 3 BR house) an entire month out, he managed to forget about my move.  When I called at 9:30 that morning, he was very apologetic and said the guys would still be able to move me and would be at my house right after lunchtime.  Also said he'd take off the "trip fee."  The guys showed up at 3:30.  But just two of them.  The other 2 showed up 2 hours later.  The truck they brought was not big enough so they had to make two trips.  My move did not end until midnight that night and I was charged for the extra 1.5 hours they were on the road going back and forth to/from the old house b/c they didn't have a large enough truck.  Then they forgot the patio table and the slats to put together my daughter's bed.  The owner's son offered to go back the next day for them but I never heard from him and could not reach him.  They did not offer to help put anything together and the few items they did put together when asked to do so are now falling apart b/c they weren't put together correctly.  Seriously?  Leaving screws out of a bed frame??  Lazy.  Screws for a lot of furniture were lost and several pieces of furniture were broken.  When I got to my house the next morning, not only was the patio table still there, but A LOT of stuff (plant pots, mirrors, table extensions, etc.)  Took me 4 more trips with friends to get everything to my house.  Then I couldn't find my vacuum cleaner.  Called and texted about it and the son (Daniel) was very rude about it.  Said he remembered bringing it into my garage.  Finally got a call a day later that it was in the trunk of one of the guy's cars and he'd get it to me that day.  Two days later I had to threaten to report it stolen and someone brought it back at 8:30 that night.  Oh, I forgot about the washing machine.  They claimed to not be able to unhook it so they didn't bring it to the new house.  My 65 year old neighbor was able to unhook it in less than a minute the next morning and I had to pay someone else to move it.  Speaking of payment, my check (that was significantly more than it should've been) was made out to the owner's son personally, not a business.  Shady.  Unless you want the National Lampoon's Moving Disaster from Hell that I experienced, stay away from this company.
