While I'm sure they're not in the business of small jobs, they were more than gracious and helped move a very heavy dresser from an upstairs bedroom to the garage for me. Their rate was also much less than another moving company in the area. I'd be happy to use them again if the need arose.

Dugan's Moving Company is the best moving company in DFW! I was very satisfied with the professional service I received when they helped move a 200lb + elliptical. Donovan and his crew kept me informed with an ETA even before arriving. Once they were at my home they were very careful and so polite! Can't beat their price either.  I have never had a better experience with a moving company. Thanks Dugan's Movers!

I have used them with every move and each time it was an exceptional experience. Of course anything of value or sentimental I move on my own. They have moved my huge heavy china hutch and buffet each time with  no trouble. I provided extra boxes and they always wrapped with boxes, plastic and covered with a blanket. 3rd floor, 2nd floor and recently in Nov 2016 to my new home. Always on time, nothing ever broken and always very personable and professional.

Seriously, I wish I had consulted Yelp before letting this company handle our property.  AS PER EXACTLY what the previous reviewers said, DO NOT let these guys move your stuff!  Owner was very nice and personable.  Since he is from my neighborhood, I wanted to support local business. We were unable to use him for our home move (thank God) so I felt bad that he spent the time giving us estimate and decided to call him when we needed to move our offices across town. I won't go into the details of the broken truck that they 'rented' to move us (should have been our red flag)-- which caused the unloading to be postponed till the next day.  After they unloaded, we had a brand new $300 office chair that had a broken wheel and keys in desks that were bent up and no longer worked. The worst was a $3700 professional copier that was so beat up, that the paper trays were bent and the frame was bent-rendering it a total loss. ---When we asked him for the amount it would take to replace it with a used one, he cited he  is only responsible for a few cents per pound which came out to around $350. (which was on his receipt NOT original estimate)    Really?? so if you break a $4000 flat screen TV that only weighs 40 lbs you will only give someone $12? It has been over 4 months and he has not tried to reimburse us for any of it,  not even what he felt he owed.  We assumed these type of companies, especially those that move in our neighborhood, would be bonded, so we did not inquire what his reimbursement % would be. Here's the kicker: when I called to discuss all this with him, he told me that nothing like this this has happened to him in the 20 yrs he has been in business!  That's what prompted me to look up his company on Yelp. Then low and behold "the reviewers said he broke stuff and had no clue what he was doing!"

I was referred by a company to use this company, because the original company wasn't going to be able to do my move for me.  To be very honest I was very skeptical to hire them after reading the reviews, but after speaking with the owner he assured me that he would be on call if there were any problems.  I can't say enough good things about the guys who came and moved me.  There was a slight issue at the beginning, because they didn't have the proper address or my phone number.  But when they showed up, they started right away and didn't take a break until I had to tell them to chill for a bit because they had been going non-stop.  They were incredibly professional, were careful with all my belongings and were diligent about checking in with me to make sure the right stuff was being packed up.  I still can't believe we got everything into the U-Haul.  I would highly, highly, highly recommend the company to anyone who needs packing and loading.
