Thanks to Dr. M for their response to my initial review. As a consumer, I am only providing my personal experience with this company. I had to move apartments and the movers were 6 hours late and I never received a phone call with an update. I also had to list what I had to get a quote but when they came they claimed some of my stuff wasn't on the list. When I checked my email it was CLEARLY on my list. Also, they came with ZERO tools. They even asked if I had a screwdriver. This was a terrible experience for me. Very disappointed.

They are horribly unprofessional, have terrible customer service, bad time management and are VERY unaccommodating!We already had a moving company scheduled.  Dr. Move called us and offered to beat their price.  We chose to cancel our previous arrangements and go with Dr. Move because they seemed professional and gave us a good deal. We could not have been more wrong.They were to arrive between 8 and 9am at 9:20 we finally called to ask where they were.  The lady who answered the phone didn't know anything and had to call us back. 20 minutes later we received her call stating that the guys truck had broken down but they were sending another crew out but it would take an hour for them to drive from Plano to Denton. So now we are 1 hour and 40 minutes late. We were upset but accepted that thing like this happen sometimes.After an hour had passed with no word from Dr. Move we called back to find out where they were again, the same lady didn't know anything and said she would call us back.  After waiting 30 minutes for a return phone call we called back again and were told that they had not left immediately to come to our house because they were finishing up with another job first. We weren't even told they were on another job! So now they are 2 hours and 10 minutes late and have not once made a call to us to proactively let us know what is going on!  She then says she doesn't know when they will be done and that it will be at least 2 or 3pm before they can show up.I was a little hot by this point. I expressed my frustration without profanity (which was hard) and asked how she could make it right, what kind of discount could she give us for the inconvenience.  She acted offended and said that she couldn't offer anything and that she wouldn't have her guys working for free.  They are nonchalantly wanting to show up about 5 hours late and not offer any type of discount?!?!  That is ridiculousness!  I got really upset at that point and after a few words expressed that they were not only losing my job that day they were also losing the 4 jobs that i had already given referrals for.  You are talking at LEAST $2500 (minimum) from my referrals and she shrugged it off as if it were nothing!Again, they are horribly unprofessional, have terrible customer service, bad time management and are VERY unaccommodating!

Unreliable. I scheduled a move for a Saturday. They confirmed my move. Saturday comes and my delivery window arrives. No call. I call the company, get voicemail. Leave voicemail. Get a return call 45 minutes later. The guys are running late, on another job, going to eat lunch, and then be there. Ummmm.... I know they have to eat but they are already going to be late for my move and they want to grab lunch? Hours go by and numerous calls to customer service go unanswered. I thought maybe they grabbed a steak dinner, instead of a quick bite for lunch.  I get a call from the driver. He says they are coming, had another job, but on their way. He asks me if I have only one bedroom. I say, I have at least three bedrooms. No, he tells me. He argues with me about what I originally reported to reserve the move. I informed him I knew I needed a large truck, why would I say one bedroom. He tells me he only has a small trailer and it would take several trips and they would charge me. Nope. Not my error. After several exchanges with the driver, and dr. Move, we decide $50.00 will be off the price, and we will try to fit as much as we can in the small trailer in one move. I ask if the driver will actually be here and is on his way. They said yes, they are on their way.  What they didn't mention is that they must have been in another time zone apparently because we wait. Over an hour goes by and no word. Phone call after phone call go unanswered. They never showed and it was well over 5 hours at this point. I called and left a voicemail that I didn't need their services because I couldn't wait anymore. At the very last minute on a Saturday night, we found another moving company. It was very stressfully. I used this company years ago with no issues, and I had a completely different experience this time. I would never recommend this company.

I cant even begin to talk about how unprofessional the staff is in the office. There is a supervisor by the name of Claudia that is more than willing to lie on her employees for her lack of job skill and work ethic. She is unwilling to listen to customer complaints, she speaks over you including raising her voice, and even hangs up on you when you tell her you will be writing a letter regarding the other employees not giving her the messages she claimed she never received. That let me know right there that she did receive every last message I left for her. Maybe it was just my experience. Im hoping so!! Because the staff in the office is horrible........
