I was somewhat skeptical about all the 5 star reviews, but these guys more than earn it! We had a move last month, they arrived on the dot at 8:30 AM. They brought two trucks and six men and ended up at 11:30PM with 4 men unloading and unwrapping with never a lack of cheerfulness and concern. It was the 2nd and 3rd floors of one house and the second floor of another and they took large and heavy furniture down and up with no damage to anything. Everyone worked hard and so no complaints about the charges. I never thought they would go beyond my expectation! I heartily recommend them.

So I have read the reviews but I must say I had a very good experience with this company.  Marty Darwin and Frank were very professional and careful with all our stuff.  He walked us through all the steps and communicated the move very well. We were moving from apt to apt and out of a storage unit.  He estimated the move time perfectly and showed up right on time. Thanks for making this process stress free!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR MOVE, OR YOUR PROPERTY. I used Dallas Moving Pro to move from Addison, TX to Redwood City, CA. At first, I was pleased with their service. They would answer the phone, respond to my questions and concerns... and then moving week happened. They give you a quote over the phone and then send someone to your house to walk through. The walk through was postponed and then the quote was over $500 off from the price that was provided at the walk-through. Normally, I would have changed companies but it was too late. The move was two days away. Night before the move, we receive a call saying that our move has been changed from an afternoon move to a morning move. We did not expect this but we figure it wasn't a big deal and got up at 6am to get everything ready for 8am since we don't know when they are arriving. They arrived at 10:45am.  Ron and his team got straight to work. They wrapped everything well and we figured all the crappy part was over. They take our stuff away and we know that it is going to be moved from their 26 foot truck to an 18 wheeler that would drive across the country to CA. Fast forward to 3 days later when we arrive to CA. I call Olivia to ask for a time estimate. She says "soon". Then she stopped answering my calls. I seriously thought that this company had robbed us of our moving costs AND all our stuff. After calling 3 more times, Olivia finally calls back. Movers are coming on Friday, she says. She gives us the driver's number and tells me that I should contact him instead of speaking to them. The whole point of this god forsaken system is that I would only have to speak with one person and NOT have to speak to the drivers. But whatever, I just want my shit and I want Dallas Moving Pro to burn down. Tuesday night we get a call from the driver (to my husband because at this point, they refused to speak to me anymore) and tells us that they will be there Wednesday afternoon around 4pm. We prep the apartment and wait. They show up at 6pm. It is starting to get dark but we are so anxious to get our stuff that we don't care. Driver knocks on the door and asks for my husband. WTF?!? I finally just give up because god forbid these misogynistic douches speak to a woman. He doesn't speak English very well and basically says that they will start unloading right away. We are waiting in the apartment for nearly 30 minutes and nothing has been moved. I go outside and the driver has disappeared. The truck is there and the other guy is unloading items but the driver is MIA. Turns out that he decided to go get some energy drinks before starting the move. It is straight up dark at this time. Our neighbors next to and below us have children and I know that this is going to be a problem. They slowly start to unload the truck and I take a look inside. Our boxes were packed into the truck like some kind of amateur moving company. Boxes marked FRAGILE are at the bottom of the pile with boxes marked HEAVY on top. Boxes are crushed and items are broken. As they are pulling these crushed boxes out, they are carrying them upside down, putting them down on their sides, nobody gives a shit about our items. Who cares, right!? I mean, they were already paid! The moving slows down... the guys start talking on their phones and texting. I basically have to stand outside to ensure that they continue to unload the truck. I can't believe that I have to act like a supervisor to these two "professionals". Next thing I know, my husband is ordering a pizza because they asked him to buy them food. The driver walked up to him and asked him to order Papa Johns for them with a pepsi and extra garlic sauce. For a dude who doesn't speak English well, he sure did know what he wanted for dinner. After a (free) dinner break they finished unloading everything by 9:00pm. They were supposed to put the furniture back together but they did not. They just left. I was beyond livid at this point. Keep in mind that they wouldn't speak to me because I was a woman. The next day after unpacking half of our boxes, I contacted Olivia to let her know about what happened. She told me that we should have called Ron. How would I do that? I don't have his number. She gives it to me and tells me to call him. I call Ron and tell him what happened. He is defensive but says that he will follow up with his men and then get back to me. It has been radio silence since then. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR MOVE, OR YOUR PROPERTY. They also asked us to make a video for their website which I am now about to comment on via youtube. Good luck with your move. Don't use Dallas Moving Pro.

If I could give a zero star I would.First off, this company name is acutally Dallas Moving Experts. We got a quote, but once they arrived it changed because we added 10 small boxes and took off 5 large. (900-1350) We had everything ready for them, they didn't pack our thing or come in, but to grab the our tv stand. We packed everything in boxes, bubbled wrapped it, used filler, tape, and made sure it was secure. We finished filling out everything, gave them our card, moved onto saying bye, and then then they wanted us to make a video saying how much we loved them. Which they where saying they get free lunch if we do this, and pushed us into doing it.After we finally got settled in our new home, we called for our things, 7 days before we needed them, because in the contract it states to give them notice. Now keep in mind, we had to move from TX to VA due to my husband being in the Navy. After which she let me know then that it was an open date move. So we may not get our things for 15 days, but she wasn't sure about this. Her name was olivia penn, she had been nice and helpful before this, and after it went down hill. I was like, well we need notice because my husband wants to be there, and he is doing schooling for the Navy. Which she then said they would let us know 24 hours before they came, and I was upset about waiting longer now than I thought, but more upset that our time now has to warp around 24 hours when they decide to come. I kept emailing about when could it be leaving, we had to leave state for a day, and trying to get information. I was told literally that our stuff was being held until they could get another shipment up here, because we had such little things. In the contract we are paying for fuel and things for these people!! If we had such little things why did the price increase? 18 days go by, no call, nothing, so I have been emailing her about the issues, and before that she told me it was leaving on the 16th day, and would be there soon. This was a lie, she lied to me about this, and so everytime I tried to call it always went to her voice mail.. so then I emailed her how upsetting this was, so needed to speak with a manger. A manger contacted me that night through a personal phone. He wanted to say sorry for the wait, and he would do something for us...but he acted like me being this upset when other people also had to wait was wrong! He then told me they where packing it on a trailer Sunday 20 days after the fact and it be there next week, and he would call me after it was packed. (in the contract it doesn't say they will be moving your things on and off trucks, it says it be on one truck after it gets picked up and so I figure we'd have broken things) I missed his call Sunday,  it took till friday evening, 25 days later, that a trucker called me wanting my address!! The trucker tells me he doesn't know when he will get to us because he has a stop before us. So apparently the main reason we finally where getting our things is because someone needed there is south Carolina and they where getting theirs first! We where suppose to go out of town for family, but now we couldn't.We figure the trucker would call more than 4 hours before he showed up on Saturday evening, nope, and we couldn't ask anyone to help us move because they wanted 75 dollars for  every 10 stairs on the inside our our apartment unit. Not every staircase, but every 10 stairs! We had 33 leading to us, and only the first 10 are free! So, now we where up the creek with no help. Before they got here we ran out and paid for storage, and had them meet us there. After which we called the company and all they did was take 150 off, but after seeing the state of the stuff we shouldn't have paid. Our things are broken, scratched, rusted, looks like they dropped some of our boxes, and left them outside. So the storage they offer maybe free for a month, but it's most likely outside! They also CUT a CBAG straps, military bag, and that's government property.Don't use them! We will be filing claims! So angry and over this comapy!
