Dallas Express Movers

This company has done two moves for me (from an apt. To house and back to  an apt) and they were exceptionally professional, timely, efficient, and took great caution with moving expensive items!! My entire family has now used them for all of our moves!!

Great moving team!  Very professional, on time, and very very accommodating.  I absolutely hate moving! They basically packed my 4 bedroom home and took care like it was theirs.   Disassembled and reassembled my beds for me, and did not scratch my pieces.  They will definitely be assisting in my next move.

The management AND the movers for this company are both horrible! Long story short- I booked and pre-paid with Express Movers via U-Hual and found a number for Dallas Express Movers by mistake when I was searching for an alternate number for Express Movers when I couldn't get a hold of them for an ETA. The owner of Dallas Express Movers answered and asked for my address and then told me that the earlier move was running late, but they were on the way. The movers show up; the rate per hour  was not discussed because I told the movers that I had pre-paid for a moving service and they told me to just sign the liability section and began to move. At the end of it, they asked me to pay an absurd amount for a job that was poorly done. When the two hours were up, I found out the owner LIED when I called earlier in at attempt to cover himself because he thought he didn't save my reservation.  If he would have been honest and said that he didn't see a reservation I would have realized that I called the wrong moving company. Instead, they ripped me off and charged me for an entirely ridiculous price for two hours of moving; I ended up paying the high rate. When I called and talked to the owner he was so rude, and admitted that he didn't find my reservation and then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't be mad because he "was doing me a favor since I was irresponsible because my movers were not ready" and then hung up. Not only was the management completely rude, but the movers were unprofessional and extremely slow. The move should have been a quick and easy one since I was moving from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor of the same building in my apartment complex (there was an elevator too). Despite this, they only made FIVE trips in two hours! I understand they get paid by the hour, but you would think that they understand their tip would be dependent on how quickly they worked. They also did not think to use moving blankets and ended up scratching my leather couches on the dollies. After they moved the couches and scratched them, I noticed that they were dragging my mattress along the floor and asked them to use a blanket. If I wasn't so busy trying to make up for the lack of trips they weren't making I would have noticed that they grabbed my personal goose down blanket and completely ruined it - ripped up and feathers were everywhere. After they were paid extremely too much for barely any work, I ended up having to move my entire apartment myself. I would also like to point out that this crew was from A-List Movers. Dallas Express Movers, A-List Movers, Concierge Movers (and one other company that I can't remember) are all owned and operated by the same rude owner, so unless you are wanting to spend a lot of money on hiring any of these three companies to damage your belongings in the world's slowest move, I would not recommend them.

These pros are the real deal... Always on time and very professional. They packed all my stuff including the fragile and delicate items in brand new packaging material. They go out of their way to be humble in asking where you want everything placed when it comes to the drop off, I would call them up again and again

This company is awful!  I actually caught them digging through my jewelry. They stole diamond earrings and the owner, Corey, did not take responsibility!Find a reputable company.  THUGS
