I have waited to post this review, hoping that these guys would make things right, but they did not. I asked for 4 movers and only got 2. My walls in my brand new home (as in new build) were dented, scratched and paint chipped off. My brand new hand scraped hardwoods have long scratches. All I asked was that they send me a check for my brand new marble table from west elm. That they broke!!! After 2.5 months of asking, I get a joke of a $50 check in the mail when the table cost $400! I will be taking further action. I strongly urge you not to use these guys.  So upsetting.

Upon the day of my move (February 19th, 2017), not only were the movers TWO hours late to arrive, but it was also brought to my attention later that only one of the movers was actually qualified to move me. The unqualified mover was the owner (Corey's) cousin named Brandon; of whom was the one that disclosed this information to me directly. During the move it was made very aware that he was clearly not qualified to do the job after I witnessed him dropping my furniture on more than one occasion. He was also not very efficient, as I would find him standing around waiting for direction from Josh (the qualified mover). Not only did the move take entirely way too long, but I was also having to manage them and their work (as well as assist them) throughout the entire move.Upon arrival to my new apartment complex, and as I was unpacking, I noticed damage to more of my belongings. After feeling so disappointed and overwhelmed, I asked Josh to contact Corey directly so that we could try to come to some sort of agreement due to the issues with the move. As I was reluctant to want to even pay for the services because of the damages to my belongings, Corey gave me his word directly via phone that we could resolve this at a later time and that in the meantime he would waive the trip fee and send someone out to repair the damages upon my emailing him pictures of the damages (which I sent on 2/24/2017). On good faith, I have been patient in my expectations of a furniture repair man coming to my home to repair the damages, or to come to some sort of other agreement or resolution with Corey directly.Through my numerous documented attempts to resolve my issues with Corey directly, he still has not followed through with his promise. I now unfortunately find myself relegated to resolve this on my own time. In my final effort to be fair and righteous, I have now filed a formal dispute with the credit card company that I used to pay for my services rendered by A List Movers in the meantime, as well as contacted the BBB directly.

******* We have to add a little more to my original review...my husband and I talked about one more thing this morning...when I was in the new apartment alone and one of the movers came to me while he was unloading and said if we take everything off the truck it costs more. My husband (who arranged the move) said why we paid by the hour? Everything should have been taken off anyway. My husband also said when they were loading the washer from our old apartment that there was water in the washer and that the move would cost more. Please do not use this company they charged us way too much and tried to milk is for more money.******My husband and I appreciate that they came out to help us move. However, they did spend some time smoking and standing around and talking with each other and some neighbors. My husband helped them move some things which supposedly helped bring down the price. There were 2 guys that showed up to move about a 1100 sq. ft. apartment. We are moving to a 1 bedroom that's 1 building over. They quoted 3 hours.  It went 15 minutes over...mind you with my husband helping and they charged a 4th hour. In total with tip it cost $375.I even had gone to get these men some Gatorade from the corner store because they asked for water bottles. They were not supplied with water...not sure ...but I must have given them about 4 or 5 bottles to have the rest of the day.I just don't think we will use them again. They made the move take longer than we think than it should have.

This company has done two moves for me (from an apt. To house and back to  an apt) and they were exceptionally professional, timely, efficient, and took great caution with moving expensive items!! My entire family has now used them for all of our moves!!
