Busy Bee TX Movers

I called Busy Bee to help get two couches inside our house.  We could not get them inside.  It was after work on a Friday night.  Two gentlemen arrived and were able to manipulate the couches into the house.  Both men were very professional.  I was very impressed and pleased that they got the couches in the house.  I recommend!

Highly disappointed with Busy Bee movers. I was told there would be 3 movers, and only 2 showed up. They took 5 hours just to move my one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom just 5 minutes down the road, which caused the fee to be way more than expected. On top of this, my mattress now has 3 rips/tears on it due to the movers not taking care while moving. We were told by the owner we would be compensated for the torn mattress, but have yet to hear back. I was really looking forward to using this company, but after my experience, never will again.

I really couldn't have asked for any more.  They were very flexible as our moving date changed MANY times due to closing issues.  They arrived on time and worked HARD. We had two days to get out of our old house and we never would have made it without these guys.  They got it done as quickly and carefully as possible.  We had a lot of stuff....more than we realized.  Much of it was very delicate and fragile.  All of it arrived intact and undamaged.  The team of Rick, Donald and Mathis were very honest and conscientious.  It was impressive to see their method and technique which was obviously developed through a lot of experience.  These guys were pros.  They were also entertaining. Rick, Donald and Mathis are a hoot.  What you can expect: Donald and Mathis busting their rear ends for 12 straight hours while Rick supervises and picks at them.  They bicker a lot, but its almost comical.  Its just their way and I can't argue with the results.  My wife and I both agreed: This may have been the best money we have ever spent and we'd definitely hire Busy Bee again if (God forbid) we have to move again in the next few decades.

Rick, Donald, and Mathis just an awesome team that will take care of your belongings! I was so impressed with how they took their time to make sure everything was secured safely and carefully in the truck. They don't overcharge like these other companies do and probably do a way better job then the big companies. When you have a professional that cares about getting the job done RIGHT, it will always keep me coming back. Thank you guys for an awesome move and not damaging anything! Ben and I will definitely use Busy Bee for our next move!
