It has been awhile since my move, but my experience was memorable enough that I wanted to share. This is for Always Moving and Storage, LLC and Moving claims.net. I am not exactly sure how this company works but appears to contracts all of their works out to local providers. The company certainly was best by quoted price and we chose to not take additional insurance, as most of the items were older and didn't care about a few dings. Mistake.Here is what happened. I had a move from LA to TX. On the LA side the pickup went smoothly and was timely. The items were transported pretty quickly and to TX and held for a few days before scheduled delivery. The delivery in TX was timely and the folks that showed up unloaded quickly and with no issues. The items were delivered in a Ryder truck.Upon unloading I noticed a few minor dings and some serious water damage on my wooden furniture items. The movers helped me document the damage and start the required process. It was obvious that either one of the trucks used to transport items was leaking of when they changed trucks the items were stored improperly. Either way my items were damaged. Per contract claims are directed through a secondary company called Moving claims.net. These folks were extremely frustrating to deal with basically everything handled through physical mailing, e.g. you have to physically mail pictures etc. There correspondence was poor and not timely. They offered a settlement which was standard carrier rate of .60cent/lb, and never send hard copies of the documents to me. Although there was clearly faulty equipment in the chain of handling and they are using third party companies equipment, they had no interest in trying to help resolve the issue.Lessons learned, do not use either of these two companies. If you are looking at a mover that is using moving claims.net DO NOT use.

I encourage anyone moving to NEVER use this moving company! While emptying our house they took apart out weight machine and left it!! They also left our refrigerator at the home. When I called to tell them they forgot to load some of our stuff they told me to process a claim and that would take 32 hours when we were leaving out of state the next day. When our stuff finally reached our new home, our brand new furniture was destroyed and when I went to file a claim about that the manager hung up on me!! Never heard back from them either.

Working with Allways Moving was one of the worst experiences of my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and crooks. We had to threaten use of our lawyer in order to get our personal property delivered to us. DO NOT TRUST ALLWAYS MOVING.

Allways Moving and storage finally delivered my items on January 2nd and the driver attempted to collect an additional $200.00 for charges  he said he must charge me per the company for distance and stairs.  I informed him that the company already informed me that additional charges were up to the driver.  I told the driver to place the items in the yard, I had no additional money, and then he did not add more fees.  Never again!  Just a note, several of my snow globes were broken and frozen.  They were still a block off ice after being on the truck for almost a month in the dead of Winter!  Bull****

Wish I would've read all the bad reviews before and the F rating from BBB. I've been unable to contact customer service rep who promised to be available for questions. Rude staff, unreliable, unprofessional. I hired Allways Moving to do a move from Indiana-California. It is still currently in the process of delivery. I used a third party site to get estimates from multiple moving companies. I was contacted by Heather who provided great customer service and an estimate. After the bill was paid, I was promised by Heather that she would be available to assist me with any questions. However, multiple emails and calls following up with her were never returned or answered. The mover was supposed to call 24hrs in advance before the move. I received a call at 10pm the night before the move. The mover then was 3 hours late for the scheduled move, arriving at 9:30pm. All the while I couldn't get a hold of Heather to let me know what was going on. The move onto the truck went relatively smooth however the mover mentioned I did not have the 10% deposit on record. I have email proof that I did pay the 10% estimate by CC. The time estimate I was given for delivery was between 7-21 days, with her stating it would be around 7-8 days. Today is day 8. I called and tried to get a hold of Heather again to get a delivery estimate, of course as previously she is no where to be found. I then talk to the representative who answers the phone. I express my discontent on how my case is being handled and how I cannot get a hold of Heather. He starts to get aggressive and defensive so I ask to speak with a manager whom I am informed has just stepped out. So I ask that his manager call me back before the end of the day and I am then hung up on.  The customer service reps are rude and inconsistent making me feel uncomfortable with my belongings in their care.
