Most efficient move I've ever had! I had two movers help me move a one bedroom apartment. It was done in less than two hours with plenty of time to spare! They wrapped my furniture once it was in the truck and took their time organizing all my belongings in a travel safe way. I do recommend having everything boxed up. They wouldn't take my clothes that were hanging but organized within travel bags. I purchased the groupon and other than the $25 fee for the stairs at both residences, there were no other surprise charges. Thank you!!!

The owner, Vidal, on the phone was very friendly, funny, and patient with my questions (initially, I was skeptical). By the end of the conversation/explanation of pricing (no hidden fine print), he told me that I should call around to check with other companies before committing... and he confidently told me that I would call back. And I did, gladly. Best rates, best interaction, and availability. As for moving day, I was worried when a "team" called and told me that his last job was running late and it was pushing his schedule later. I called the manager Vidal, who reassured me. Soon after, I had different teams calling me back to back to tell me they were ready to do my move! I even had teams still calling me WHILE they were moving me! They were all going to make sure I was covered within the timeframe. Tommy and his partner were FAST and friendly. They were upfront, and told me it would be done in under 2 hours after they saw my belongings. They took care of my stuff, and my doorframe, which I appreciated. Great team, service. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!  This company did not show up,  yet they withdrew the deposit from my account. I  scheduled my entire day around the four hour window i was given.  When I called the company,   Vidal,  the owner...  who by the way is the person  who forgot to put me on the schedule,  refused to rectify the situation, by providing moving services at a discounted rate,  but would rather refund my deposit instead . Not only was this a huge inconvenience,  but THIS COMPANY COST ME MONEY BY NOT SHOWING UP. Not a smart business decision on the owners part.  Im going to use a more reputable company.

I'm sitting here waiting for more movers to come because Able Body dropped the ball! I waited all day for them, called 3 times and they kept telling me someone would call! Finally got a call from the supervisor who informed me one of the movers threw out his back and he would send another truck but had no idea or estimate of when! I explained to him how much of an inconvenience this is and he informed me he knows but nothing he can do! I asked about him compensating for the inconvenience which he informed me he could not since I was already getting a deal! My issue is they should have called me before I had to call them 3 times, second there should have been some idea when the next truck was coming since I had been waiting so long, third he could have offered the Groupon price as compensation if he wanted to be a good businessman....So I called and told them don't bother coming now! I will pay more for better customer service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!! We used this company two times. The first time went well, but the second time, they did not strap any of our furniture down in the ABF freight trailer. Nothing was secure and when we opened our trailer, it looked like an explosion took place. We called them because we weren't satisfied (unlike what their company website states ["100% Satisfaction Guarantee"], and they kept hanging up on us when we tried to communicate our concerns. We even emailed them and texted them and included pictures, all to no avail. We were extremely disappointed.
