The movers were super fast while also very responsive and professional. They continuously asked me questions and kept me abreast during the move. They even packed my wardrobe boxes and emptied them as well!
They came under the estimated amount and took 5% off for paying cash! Sooo happy!

Able Body Movers was fast &Reliable. Dexter &Ramos were great guys. They were careful with my things but still very fast &efficient with their moving process. I move A LOT &these guys were definitely some of the BEST I have worked with in awhile. I will use them again...

This is the worst moving experience ever, for the following reasons:1: arriving too late: my appointment was from 1 pm to 5pm, arrived at 9:30 pm and didn't start until 10 pm. They finished at 1:30 am. Not trying to blame the workers on this as they had a long day but the company certainly have bad scheduling system. Also I tried to call many times and each time they say they are on their way. 2. Mover didn't clean their shoes when walking on the carpet, leaving a lot of mud on the carpet3. Very careless when moving furnitures, wrapped the mattress very badly and also knocked down the entire garage wall shelf when moving the mattress, without fixing or paying the loss.4. Joke about my girlfriend when they thought we couldn't hear.5. Clearly unhappy and have a temper when we ask them to move some furniture to the third floor, even though we are paying for their time and laborThey are extremely unprofessional, will not recommend to anyone.

Good: Timely, HardworkingBad: Liar, Con Artist ways**SHORT VERSION- The supervisor took the full payment and told the guys I shorted them and owed a balance upon delivery(the supervisor did not join at delivery location). I gave the two guys a $40 tip, and there was a mystery $60 balance. Now if I shorted payment of $60..WHHYYY WOULD I TIP $40. Think about it!**Spoke to Lewis, set appointment.. Tommy and another guy showed up both nice and not lazy. Tommy did let me know up front that tips are greatly appreciated! lol that's fine as I believe in tipping for good work. It was a Same day short notice for delivery or my sectional. One company couldn't get it through the door, and this team insured they could it in through the balcony.We arrive to my house and they began this tough job. Lewis helped Tommy and the other guy orchestrate the hoist of my sectional. Unfortunately, it could not fit.Being a customer, I understood that the measurement was my error so I knew I was supposed to pay the agreed amount of $175. As the other guys loaded the truck I paid Lewis as he was the supervisor. At my garage he apologized for not getting the couch in and that he still had to charge full price. I understood, but was slightly confused since I jus had given him the money we agreed upon.We get everything back in the store and after I paid the workers a $40 tip he gave me a puzzled look. He said Lewis only gave him $115, and I owed $60. We both called Lewis several times and he did not answer so we called the "Boss" who called Lewis on 3 way and he picked up right. He began to say I was lying and that I said I was going to get the rest of the money. When I said I was gojn to the ATM it was to get the tip for the guys who put in the work!!Horrible customer service!! Labor team I had was great though!

I scheduled a move with this company for this morning and they've completely stood me up!! No one has called and I've left three voicemails with no call back. I desperately need my move completed today and am left completely helpless!!!! What kind of company does this! So unreliable! I am very much hoping they contact me asap to remedy this so I can improve the review I've given them!!
