I have used them for the last 15 years. The last move I had included the same furniture and driving distance but it took them over 3 hours longer. When I asked why it took them an hour and 15 minutes to drive from Frisco to Dallas the mover laughed at me and said it was 45 miles away. It’s was actually 21 miles away. If you chose to use them then you will need to micro manage them. I don’t like being taken advantage of and being lied to. Oh and even though I paid for three movers. One mover didn’t move a single thing.

I believe the driver of the van, stole from me. I've had $4,800 stolen from my bank account.

Great company to help you move....if you want about 400-500 dollars worth of things missing. Guys took way longer than expected, couldn’t even fit everything onto the moving truck and now we are finding multiple things missing. Don’t go with them if u want all your stuff and moved in a timely manner!!

As they say better late than never. I used this company back in August to move from an apartment to a house. AB sent out 3 guys and a truck and sent me an estimate that it would take between 3-5 hours. OK I have no problem with that. My daughters and I moved the majority of the boxes to the new house and staged the rest of the boxes in my garage so that it would be easier for the guys to move (I grew up in the moving industry so I know how to stage). When the guys arrived at the apartment, two of the guys were moving quick which I really appreciated, but the third guy seemed as though he didn't know what he was doing...and it really showed. The two other guys had to keep telling this guy what to do and how to do it. I am all for someone learning how to do something, but not on my dime. This move, for all practical purposes should have taken them 3 hours, 3.5 hours at the most as it was mainly furniture they were moving and the house was literally 4 minutes up the street. The two guys that were moving quickly had to keep telling the slower guy to get busy. I witnessed the slower guy take 2 of my daughters double end poster markers and put them in the cab of the truck...they did not make it to my house. Also, when said slower guy disassembled the master bed (queen size) by himself he stripped the metal nuts out of the wood and didn't say anything until he was putting it back together at the house and stated that they aren't going back on properly (duh), so he left 2 supports off the queen size bed. I noticed that the bed was wobbly but just chalked it up to the move. Boy was I wrong. Not only did I find out that he stripped the metal nuts from the wood, but he also assembled the frame incorrectly causing the side rails to warp. Come on, really? You took the bed apart...If you would have matched all the holes up and told us you stripped the metal nuts this all could have been avoided. Not only that, the 1 year old queen bed frame is no longer usable...bye bye $1000 sleigh bed frame. Also, after they left, we noticed that there were scratches on the corners and edges of a chest of drawers and night stand that were very noticeable since my furniture is all black. I have called AB movers several times in the past 5 months with no return calls. We will NEVER use this company again!!!!

Ask for the Rubio crew at AB moving company they got the job done with efficiency and expertise!!
