Stay far away from these guys. They know how to shake you down. I called imove, and Adam, who couldn't be bothered to leave his office to make the estimate (should've been a big red flag) gave me an estimate for 350 cubic feet. Like I read in a previous review, I was also assured he was a professional and does this all the time (rip people off was probably what they were talking about). Guess what?  The goon he sent who's name was Pablo, who I asked to let me know when we reached 350 cubic feet, didn't let me know anything until he packed 700 cubic feet!!!  At this point when all my families belongings were in what I felt a crooks truck, what choice did I have??!  So from $1485 estimate, I got to pay $3500!!  What a deal!!  That's not the end of it!   So then they send my stuff in NY, to a crew in FL who was not only the rudest, most unprofessional crew I've ever seen (foreman was wearing a white t shirt, shorts and flip flops to give you an idea. Looked like he just rolled out if bed), they had no clue how to work a doorknob, much less a moving outfit. One guy was in the phone the whole time...while carrying my things. Way to pay attention.  They harassed me to be at my apartment by 9. They finally showed up at about noon. They then unloaded my furniture, which they were supposed to built, but instead of doing that they left a pile of garbage in front of my apartment, after being completely rude to my new neighbors (they were upset that they parked the truck like morons and blocked the road for everyone to get in, and THEY were rude about it!!), they left!! Didn't say anything. Snuck right out. Didn't even put a single metal bedframe together!  They delivered furniture that wasn't even mine!! I called Adam and let him know. His answer?  Well, that's stuff doesn't belong to us, so I threw it out. Then he has the audacity to ask me for those items after leaving them in my apartment for over a month!!!  Then he has the balls to ask me why I'm so upset?!!!  I would beg anybody that's thinking about doing business with company to run, not walk, the other way. Adam levy and this crew are nothing but crooks in a moving truck.  I'm still waiting for my toolbox which Adam has been promising me, but of course, like everything else he's done, was an empty promise. Buyers beware.

The moving crew came on time on this hot day Pablo Victor and Zef did a great job. They packed the fragile items. Got my delivery to Boston same day. Guys were really incredible I must admit I was a little hesitant after seeing some of their previous reviews but Adam is a very good salesman his estimate  was pretty accurate. I would highly recommend them for any future moves.

WORST MOVERS EVER!!!! Expensive as can be,they delivered the wrong stuff TWICE.The third time the FINALLY got it right, I don't blame the delivery guys who are just following orders, I blame the poor management of the company. You'd have better luck moving everything yourself.

These reviews on this site are more accurate than the ones that are advertised by the company and are controlled on the other sites.I was moving from NYC to Spring Hill, FL, when i called they were obviously more than  courteous to assist me with the move. Their pitch is great.... military discount/ senior discount , quick, reliable etc... same as everyone else. What i liked about them is that they were able to do my move quickly and that is what we needed. The movers came on July 3rd with no notice no hour window nothing and were quick to start packing stuff into their own boxes... (which were not full or packed securely) my quote of all my stuff was $1700 and that was after i let them know id be bringing my washer and dryers.. after these " movers" packed up my stuff into a peneske truck not even a company truck my price went up to $3200 because now i had 874 sq feet and not 450 like the quote... oh well its already on the truck, too late for changes right... wrong. I asked the head mover when my items would arrive he told me that all my items are going to the warehouse and should be in Florida by the 8-10th .. I called the company on the 6th to see when i should be expecting my items. Adam told me that my items are not going to be sent until my check clears.... then i had too much square footage so my items didn't fit so i should be expecting my items on the 12 or 13 ... I have 2 small children and we moved to an unknown place .. barley any clothes with us and i have work but i only have shorts and sweats.. gotta buy clothes now .. another expense i was not counting on. I called the movers on the 10th to see when my items should be delivered and Adam tells me the truck wont leave until  the 12th because its hasn't come back from Florida yet... well okay .. i called back and spoke to the lady who answers the phone and started complaining because im tired of the run around at this time. she also told me that the truck will be leaving on wednesday .... here comes wednesday and of course the truck hasn't left because well now it has problems with the engine or whatever the excuse was. and i should be getting my stuff by saturday.. by the end of it all my stuff arrived monday because well the movers would have made it to me at 10 pm sunday night...The movers arrived in another peneske truck. took my remaining balance before unloading and when i asked well what if all my stuff is destroyed the driver told me that id have to a claim with the insurance company. At that point i made a comment and laughed like we all know that thats BS and im gonna make nothing because its all a scam. Once the driver opened up the truck my boxes were on the floor. they looked like my stuff has been through kuwait and even the army know how to load stuff better. The driver also told me that it wasn't him nor his partner that loaded the truck it was the people at the wearhouse he also stated that he could have brought my items 2 days earlier but there was noone to load the truck.  Boxes that were marked fragile and handle with care looked like they came out of someones behind after taco bell. My brand new TV which they wrapped was destroyed because they didnt remove the legs and didnt handle with caution. My dining room tables corner is smashed, my dryer is dented, my cups, plates and collectable mugs which were marked fragile are destroyed.. overall this is a terrible moving company. All these 5 star reviews are BS .. do your research people.. i just filed my claim with them and im pretty sure im not gonna get anything back and its gonna set me back another $3000 or so.

The worst company in the world, this guys turn the moving process in a nightmere, This guys came to my apartment to see my stufs and give me a price them the pickup day arrive 8 hours late and double the price same at the delivery day arrive orrund 10pm and when check my stuff most part of my stuff where broke or in bad conditions . I dont recomend this company they dont follow even the ethic code are very unproffecional fraudulent and unethical.
