An update on my previous review. Jackie called me back a couple of weeks later, and instead of trying to work with me and explain to me why they over charged me and why they lied from beginning to end, or maybe try to compensate some of my money back (quoted me for 2,500 charged me 3,500, which would have been more if I didn't fight this tooth and nail) this is what I get instead. She calls me up and tells me that I am the horrible person for writing my review and trying to help steer people away from this horrible nightmare. she tells me that she took this job to give her something to do while she undergoes treatments, and I am seriously hurting her. She yelled and cried at me on the phone when I wouldn't budge. She begged me to take the review off. Now, if you want someone to rewrite a review and give you a better rating, work with them. If you are wrong in a certain area, admit it and work with me. I am not a bad person, and I was not acting maliciously or trying to hurt there business. Most businesses take yelp seriously and try to work with unsatisfied customers. If you read the reviews, I am not the only one who has a bitter taste in my mouth.It's funny, someone wrote a review with the same silly excuse that another rep had told them that they were really sick and in the hospital. Why is it that there whole company disappears when people start asking questions. My advise to anyone thinking about using this company, DON'T. Save yourself from the headache and terrible customer service. PS: Private note to Jackie, please don't call me back with another BS excuse and ask me to take my review down.
