I moved back in February and used hoboken movers because a close friend referred me. I was blown away by the timely service and the care hoboken movers took with my furniture and other belongings. And since I booked in advance I received a 20 percent discount to go with the already low rate. A+ service A+ price A+ company

Wow these guys can really move without any problems!I know that not all moving situations are the same, but they've been more than a delight to me. The tough part of moving was the fact that i lived in the 3rd floor with tiny walkway space in the halls. They moved my whole house out, and they even returned to me a piece of jewelry i forgot in one of my drawers. Other companies don't care and keep to themselves but they were very honest and they are worth the price you pay for their services. Their attitudes were great even though it was one of the hottest days in the summer and my are had no trees, so they were in the sun all day. Usually i would flip out due to the heat, but these guys were very composed. They did everything promptly. I would definitely use them again and again. Not all moving companies are gimmicks, these guys are the real deal!

One star is too much for them. DO NOT used this company.1. They didn't even bring the proper tool to move, so they had to use my building's cart.2. They are very slow, I can even carry more than that. I could only assume that they move intentionally slow and not efficiently to waste my time and money. 3. They have hidden fees that they don't tell you during the reservation process.4. They only take cash.5. Their 20 percent low rate is not even cheap any more when it comes to the time and money they waste moving extra slow.6. I move almost every year for 10 years and this is the worst moving experience ever.

This company is a scam! I saw this yelp page and thought they had good reviews so why not try them out. I got an estimate right in line with other companies so I gave them a shot and Mitchell Levine said it will be a masterpiece of a move, but boy was I wrong. The movers were very slow and could barley speak english, and then when everything was finally moved from one location to another not too far away, they charged me almost 70% more than what the estimate was. I called Mitchell and told him the estimate wasn't even in the ball park and he said oh it was just an estimate and he was over $200 dollars off on just the packing supply estimate. He said it was a mistake and he's been doing it for 15 years and they have good reviews online so I decided to look them up and I found they have 2 different yelp pages, one with good reviews and one of people getting ripped off just like me. Then he promised me a phone call when the movers came back and he would see where the difference was and he might send out a rebate, but I never heard back from him so I called back and left a message and he still hasn't gotten back to me. here is the other yelp page to look at before you book them yelp.com/biz/hoboken-movers

The service was decent during the move and the gentlemen performing the move did a good job. Unfortunately, during the job they put a big hole in the wall. I expected paint scrapes, etc., but nothing of this magnitude. I contacted the supervisor and the office during the move to see how they were going to fix the damage. They told me they were on it. Once the move was complete, I never heard from them again. I had to pay for the significant damage out of my own pocket.
