Incredibly fast and by far the best quote we received! They are very upfront about any costs: $80/hour for three movers, no tricks or additions based on amount of stairs, etc. If you need a COI, you are responsible for that cost (~$100). And yes, they ask that you tip each mover 15%-20%, but as long as you are prepared for that you should have no problem. And even with a 20% tip for all three movers and buying our own materials, the quote was several hundred dollars under any other moving company.First of all, Olga came recommended to me by two friends who said I was an idiot if I hired any other company. Unfortunately, Olga wasn't available for the timing we needed. When I let them know that it wouldn't work, they rearranged their schedule to work with us, which I am so grateful for!My husband and I moved out of a one-bedroom with home office in a fourth floor walk-up in Brooklyn to a two-bedroom in Manhattan (elevator building) and the three Olga movers moved us in just over 6 hours which felt incredibly fast for how much stuff we had. They were very nice, and mainly kept to themselves and focused on the job at hand.Only negative was that one of our bowls broke in the move. However, even though Olga's insurance policy meant that they couldn't fully reimburse us, they graciously did reimburse us for part of the bowl.Advice if you are hiring Olga:-Make sure you read their prep email so you aren't surprised by any charges - they are very honest and upfront.-Make sure you are 100% packed and ready to go, and just be sure you pack your items securely and that they are well-padded. The movers were definitely all about business and not overly concerned about boxes marked fragile.-Be prepared to watch their truck while they move - you or someone else will need to watch the truck (you can sit in it) so that you don't get parking tickets and nothing gets taken.-Be prepared for them to arrive up to an hour early - this was amazing and kept us moving, but just be sure you are ready!-Be prepared to pay entirely in cash.Thank you Olga!

Pros:-Very honest and transparent with their fees-They came on time - even a little bit early-The 3 guys were very fast and polite, treated me well-They were efficient, finished moving my studio in about 20 minutes. The entire move within Manhattan took only 1 hour and 15 minutes.Cons: -NONE! BOOK with confidence. I heard other movers charge by the number of flights they have to go up and down. Not Olga Movers. Their hourly rate is extremely reasonable and makes sense and it reduces confusion or inequitable perceptions about value. The movers do not dilly-dally either, they keep it moving.

Great move. The crew showed up earlier which made me start my move quickly. And I was in my new place by lunch. The rate came to what I was told over the phone. Would totally recommend them and actually booked them in a week.

These guys are great! They are very easy to work with and they work very fast. We moved a large apartment five blocks away and the whole job was done in 2.5 hours! The price was more than fair and the guys were pleasant to deal with. I would use them again and again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thanks Olga!
