Olga was AMAZING. We had the best experience. I forgot to write a review a year ago when we moved... and now that we're moving again, we're coming back to Olga to be our movers, so writing my review now.PROS:-They were on time. Totally punctual. -They were so fast & efficient. They were awesome.-I liked that they wrapped up all my big items for us. 1)Because = less work for me, and 2)They wanted to do it that way so that they make sure they've packed things correctly & don't damage them. This was for big items like our entertainment center & big screen TV.-They were SO AFFORDABLE! We thought we'd have to spend a couple hundred more, so that's what we budgeted for. But their price came in $200 less than we planned, so we just tipped them extra. They were that good!CONS:None!!!

They have an unbeatable price, which was a BIG reason why I chose to go with them. Plus, a friend used them before me and gave a glowing recommendation. Many Pros:- They were punctual. Scheduled time was 7 AM. Plus, they mentioned that they could be there within plus or minus 30 minutes. So my expectations were managed well.- They emailed me exactly what I needed to know regarding inventory, what they would provide during the move, how parking works should we run into any issues.- Price was the lowest by far. At first, I got concerned when they said that a 2-bedroom apartment usually takes 5-6 hours. (Multiply that by $80 and it's quite a bit.) However, they were quick. My friend who referred them to me said that they were VERY fast. Her move took 3 hours. Mine took 3 hours. I think that's fast!One Con:- I wished that they managed us better about their tip expectations. My roommate and I thought it was fine to tip 20% of the total. But they wanted at least 15% for each person. Their argument was that they did about 5-6 hours of work in half the time and the tip we were giving was very little. It was awkward, but we were fine paying that. (Still much cheaper than the competitors before tip.) And we would have been fine paying it if they would have just let us know from the start that they like for their movers to be tipped each since they know that they're a very affordable moving company.Overall, I would use them again and I would recommend them. :)

Why is it that negative reviews for this "company" mysteriously disappear?? This is not a legitimate business! I'm currently in a lawsuit with these rats. They damaged my furniture and caused damage to the building while moving our stuff. Very unprofessional and rude. They aren't a legitimate business and dont pay taxes! Do your research and consider yourself warned. I'm convinced these 5 star reviews were written by friends and family.

What pros!I moved a bunch of furniture and a ton of boxes from Washington Heights to eastern Crown Heights, and the *entire* move took less than 3.5 hours.I ended up saving hundreds of dollars from what FlatRate had quoted me, even at a discount.I had to move again a few months later, and they got it done in less than 3 hours. What pros. Definitely using again, when/if i next have to move.

By far the best deal in the city. They completed my 3 bedroom 3rd floor walk-up move which went to TWO different locations in under 3 hours. They were quick, professional and careful with all of our belongings, including a GIANT mirror. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
