Like many NYer's I have succumb to putting things in storage. The sad thing is I can fit this stuff in my apt but just got use to not having extra crap in the house when I had my place on the market.It's a clean storage facility and fairly reasonably priced. I will say I do not plan on having it for much longer unless I need another place to stay..lol.

I have to agree with most of the yelpers here (in terms of the poor customer service). The woman on the phone hung up on me after I asked a single question and I wasn't even done inquiring about hours and prices. I went in to rent a unit and whoever was there was just as rude. Their hours are EXTREMELY specific- BE SURE TO CALL TO CHECK WHEN LAST MOVE IN is at! I feel like it's different from their website and it changes every day!! It's pretty inexpensive so I'm only renting for two months for around $115 but man, seriously lacking in basic soft skills. Side note: you have to purchase your own lock (or buy one there)

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!This is an awful facility with a rude staff who could care less about their customers. Their communication is slow and inadequate. I made the mistake of going back on my initial impression of them simply because I ran a business in a loft building next door. When I went there the first day, the woman in the front was so shockingly rude that I walked out. She is also rude over the phone. After making the mistake of doing business with them, I experienced the following:- Difficulty in getting accurate and consistent information from their staff. I had serious concerns that were not handled in a timely manner that resulted in fees. Whether I attempted to call or email, it was almost impossible to get in contact with the right people. For some reason, they think that they can be in the service industry yet demand that people work around the times when they feel like being service providers. I think that this is done on purpose. -The building is filthy and not laid out in a way that makes accessing all units sensible.-The three times that I went in to speak with the staff, I had to stand behind screaming angry customers who had items destroyed in the building (I see where one documented their saga below), another who lost items due to a lack of proper climate control and another who was being double billed via their auto-pay system. They were extremely aggressive and rude with those customers. It was a big red flag that I needed to get my stuff out. There are one too many storage facilities in the area to use such a place. It seems that the absentee owners have proxy managers who could care less about how their business is being run. Terrible!

This place is fantastic!! The prices are reasonable and the facility is very clean and well-lit. The employees are super nice. Especially Lou!! He's so great. Really happy I chose to use them. Tips - I would make sure to call to find out their hours. The definitely aren't the same as on the website. And my facility had a wire type top so made sure to throw some plastic covers over the top of my items that were on top. No big deal for me as I was only there a month.

The folks here are nice, and always have a great attitude. Especially Rosa who helped us update our payments last weekend with a great smile. The units are standard and the rates are fair. My only complaint is they close up a little early for New Yorkers, the most annoying is when they close at 5:30
