Simply HATE HATE HATE this company! Never ever going to use this company and I won't recommend this company to anyone. First they told me they will come pick up my furniture on March 1, 2015 and the driver will call me a day before. But never got a call so I had to call everyday to ask for update. Finally, the driver showed up after 2 days. I moved from East Coast to West Coast; I understand the weather is crazy during those times in East Coast but at least the company should be providing an update that the driver will be coming in few days. The sales person I dealt with his name is Mike and when I booked this company I was very clear with him that I want my furniture to be there by March 12,2015. He told me 2-3 times don't worry your furniture will be there on time and he kept assuring me. Mike asked how many beds I have and what size, I mentioned queen size with headboard. When the driver came to pick up the stuff, he mentioned it will take up to 21 business days. Also, there will be extra charge on beds as it will take more space. I got so mad that I have the contract where it says QUEEN SIZE beds and there is only one size of queen bed. The driver charged us extra for packing glass materials but Mike told us that you won't have to worry about the furniture the guys will come pack and unpack for you everything. When I called to Plymouth and spoke to Frank, I mentioned to him that I was told by Mike that the furniture will be in West Coast by March 12 and your driver is saying it will take 21 business days. I even mentioned your lines might be recored, please pull up the record and get this all cleared up. But Frank started yelling and said well if you are going to keep going back on what was said we can't move forward and your furniture won't be delivered on time. I know that too Frank but at least have some customer service, your employees shouldn't be saying things if they are not 100% sure and giving out false information. I was charged extra $108 for the tape and $60 for shrink wrap. So all together, I was charged $1500 extra on my moving furniture. Oh and to end it, my furniture is DAMAGED and a table LOST! i just bought this furniture 1.5 years ago (so basically it's new); bed sides are chipped, dining table legs messed up and the list goes on. Definitely did not take care of the furniture.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible!!! NEVER GO!One bike missing, son's toy table missing, desk missing, 10 boxes missing!!!Extra pay, if you want your stuffs back on delivery day!!!1. First, Neil offered the estimate with low rate $ 3.50 per cubic feet and then " manager" called and urged to make contract with $100 discount.2. Frank gave a call 5 days before pick up day and emailed me the RAISED PRICE almost $ 1,000 with same items and number of boxes without my consent.3. They were LATE for 5 hours and raised another $750 for over cubic feet which Frank had reduced the total cubic feet from the original estimate  without my consent. And asked me X-mas tip !!! 4. Cindy, customer service, called me while my family were driving down the South, and asked another $700 to pay right away unless they would hold my stuffs. And Cindy promised to call me to make sure they received it and again promised me that they wouldn't hold it.5. Paid at once, hoping to get my stuff back on time. But never gave me a call once they got the money.6. No call and passed my expected delivery day.7. 17days  later passed from the expected delivery day, I called them and got a notice that they will compensate when no delivery after 21 days.8. Finally, on delivery day, the driver threatened me if I do not pay $800, he will not deliver my stuffs. I paid extra $ 500 with remaining bill.9. One bike missing, son's toy table missing, desk missing, 10 boxes missing!!!

After finally getting my furniture, there was damage to two tables, a mirror, and my scooter. I've been contacted by three other people who hired them and had similar experiences. If you go to their website and look at the reviews, you will see how many others have been ripped off and experienced what I did. Please do Not use Plymouth Rock Van Lines. I should have read the Yelp reviews before contacting this company to simply move my Epson 9900 printer from Baltimore to Kansas. The movers arrived hours before they agreed to, which inconvenienced the person who sold me the printer. After moving it into their truck they demanded money as a "tip" for the movers. The seller had to run out the house due to their coming too early, and he left his wallet and cash at home. That was on a Thursday. I called the company on Monday for a status, and was told that I hadn't paid anything, although I had paid $230 of the $1150 estimate on day one. Not only that, I was informed that I owed more than the estimate, which is crazy because I told them exactly what was being moved, the dimensions, the weight, and the few extra items that were in a separate box. I told them that it was on the third floor of a photography studio and that it was going to the second floor in my house. I am a college professor, so I know how to communicate clearly and succinctly.  I have no problem understanding a contractual agreement. When I called on the following Monday (which is when I am writing this review), I was given the extreme run around. I was sent to voicemail numerous times. I was hung up on three times, and no one called me back. I finally got through to someone who had hung up on me earlier. I still got no answers, other than that it takes 72 hours to update their computers.  We have all worked with computers, so we know that updating a program with billing and payment information does not require 72 hours.  I responded to an email from "Quality Control" but it bounced back as Undeliverable, even though it requested a response! I made a call to their Sales Department, and that called was answered immediately! You figure. I feel as if someone has my valuable property, and is holding me hostage.  PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!  If it ever arrives, I am worried that my printer will be severely damaged, like the experience of so many others who have reviewed this company. YIKES!!! I REALLY SCREWED UP!
