My Chicago Moving was excellent from beginning-to-end. I understood that their quote was guaranteed to the items I told them I was taking with me to Arizona. They willingly accommodated any changes I had and even brought down the price after I sold off some last minute furniture. Everything they told me would happen, from expected calls, to delivery confirmation emails, happened as they said. The delivery turnaround was quick and the team was professional and helpful with putting boxes and furniture where they should go. My friend is moving in a few weeks and I'll be making sure she uses My Chicago!

There is no way to give negative star, so I gave them 1 star rating. Their final quote and the amount which they charge during delivery never match. They will try all their evil cheap means to get money out of you. They will give stupid reasons to increase the final amount during delivery. They will take months to deliver your stuff, although they will promise to deliver your stuff within 2 weeks during booking. Their Customer Service is a joke. The lady doesn't know anything, she will just make some bullshit reason and ask you to pay extra money during deliver. They were not returning my call when it was more than a month and I haven't recieved my stuff. They marketing team will make all false promise to the business, but the moment they pick up the stuff from your place and you paid 60% of the amount, they forget all promises. Now they start their cheap tricks to get extra money out of you. Dont call them for any movement.

Do not use them! Terrible customer service, their quote was completely misleading, and they are rude and unwilling to work with you. I've never had such a terrible, stressful, and unhappy experience working with movers. You are much better off going with anyone else. Oh also they offer Starbucks gift cards in exchange for reviews so I would take even the positive reviews with a grain of salt.

The Olympia moving did a wonderful job. I moved from Minneapolis,MN to Irvine, CA. The moving team was very helpful and they took good care while packing my furniture. I hardly observed any damages on my furniture. All I did is following up with customer service about my delivery/moving status as it was a cross country moving. I was more concerned as this is my first time move. Overall, it was a positive experience for me.

They are really rude! Don't contact them for your moving. They said they will come to my home to pick my stuffs at 11am, but they did come without prior notice. Ans also they just sent an email to me that follow their schedule. They are entirely on their own! Too rude and not a professional! I will never recommend these guys to anyone for move.
