Awesome experience. Was sceptical initially after going through many reviews in internet abt different movers and heard some first hand experiences too.Shane was the sales guy. Gave him a hard time and every time I asked him.."can I trust ur company?"Kept my fingers crossed. Pick up time was 8am. they arrived at 7.59am. 2 hrs. Charged me only for extra packing and assembling they had to do. Very reasonable and just per the expectation set during sales cycle. Each and every staffs were handled real professionally with care.Reached Atlanta. Found an address. Mailed them new address and gave them the date of availability. It arrived next day of availability. Completely assembled again and took their own time.Overall awesome. Chicago to AtlantaNever thought it will be so easy and flawless and within budget.Thanks Shane. Thanks Yung and gang. Thanks.

Unfortunately there are no negative stars.  These people are the absolute worst.  Picked up my goods from storage on 7/14 and did not deliver until 8/9.  Chicago to Hendersonville NC. They lie about everything, safety of goods, delivery date! Etc.  Every item was damaged in one way or another.  Boxes crushed, lamps broken, majority or glassware smashed (interestingly enough, the glasses on the exterior survived, the glass on the interior not just broken, but smashed.)  There was some kind of brown fluid on the outside of two of the closet boxes and the beginning of mold on the third. Every single piece of furniture had corners crushed, stains or dings of one kind or another.  I have been trying to file a claim but they won't tell me how to do so.  I have contacted an attorney in Chicago and I am hopeful that he will be successful. I am extremely suspicious of any review that said they did a good job.

Run. Away. From. This. Company.I so wish that I had heeded the advice of the other reviewers here.Run, run, run.I wish, 1000 times over, that I had moved my belongings in a U-Haul by myself. Seriously.Promised a set price. Interstate move but short (~400 miles), so promised a 3 - 4 day window for delivery. LIES.Movers loaded up about 1/2 my belongings, and only THEN told me that it would cost an additional $1,100 to get the rest of the stuff. Like I had any choice then? I asked about the "set price based on volume" and was told that I had too many boxes. (Lesson: go with a company that weighs your stuff, and don't believe their sales guys.)Waited for my belongings. And waited. Called every day. NEVER was a phone call returned. Rarely is a phone call answered. Waited more. Called more. Was ignored. Got nervous that my belongings were stolen - - that's how inattentive their personnel are. Talked to a lawyer.Delivery scheduled twice where no one showed up. Third time's the charm, but some super-tired and overworked delivery guys showed up. Took them almost 6 hours to unload my stuff. And the truck was so overloaded, a bunch of my stuff was broke.Please learn from me. I can't believe these guys have ANY decent reviews.

This company is very professional and take care of your furniture like it was there's. Jeffrey was super curtious and went over everything before they got started.  I will used them again!

Move from Chicago to Columbus was very smooth, the crew that came in were quick and made everything extremely hassle free both when picking up and dropping off! Since we were going cross states they had to store our stuff in their warehouse until other movers were headed in the same direction. So the only thing that I guess wasn't fully clear to us was when exactly we would be getting our belongings. Unfortunately we had to wait longer than we would expected. Overall I would say 4.5 stars and I would 100% work with this company again!
