History

Established in 1985. All Seasons Movers was started by my father. After working with him while attending high school ,and later while attending UIC, I would work with him on my days off. In 1997, I began to work with him full time. In 2003 my dad retired and I took over the company. This company has seen some «ups and downs.» Like they say, «You must walk before you can run.» Now that I have been in this field for many years, I have the knowledge and experience for your move to be done professionally. I look forward to helping you move to your new home or business location in the greater Chicago area.

I've used this company several times. Never had a bad experience or found they broke or damaged anything. Very professional and always arrived slightly earlier than scheduled.Kristi who does the scheduling is very professional and great to work with.

I didn't have as poor of an experience as some of the other people on here. I hired them to move from Chicago to the suburbs. They arrived 30 minutes before. They were able to find the loading dock which is not at the same level as the condo. They went in wrapped everything and was out of the condo within 1.5 hrs. Drove to the suburbs, unpacked everything, assembled the bed and was out. Very efficient. They had a 3 men crew. One person loads wraps everything in the Condo. One person loads into the elevator. One person loads from the elevator to the Truck. It's the most efficient experience I've had. I recommend them. The people who are complaining got a crew that was bad I'm assuming.

Movers were awesome! Super fast, careful with all my crap (not a single broken dish or anything!!), very nice and upfront with extra charges (for tape and plastic and stuff) they made my move smooth and easy. recommending them to everyone

We chose this company on a referral from a friend, and it was a terrible decision. We were moving from a 2 bed condo to a single family home, and due to the closing timing on both properties, had to be moved out of the condo, have our things stored overnight, and have everything delivered and moved the next day. The move out was telling, and I was dreading the next day...they ran out of stretch wrap, so they just stopped stretch wrapping our furniture and loaded it anyway (we paid extra for stretch wrapping). One of the movers kept stacking boxes that were clearly marked 'do not stack', and regularly overloaded himself, dropping things on more than one occasion. They were supposed to store our things overnight and meet us at our new home around 4 pm the next day. During our closing (as in, 30 minutes before we were supposed to move in), we got a phone call from the company, letting us know that the brakes on the truck all of our stuff was loaded on were shot. They gave us the option to have everything loaded onto a new truck, or to wait to get everything the next morning so that the brakes could be repaired. We chose the next morning, because we didn't want our things to be moved twice. They were supposed to arrive at 8 am the next morning. At 8:15, my husband called to find out where they were. Turned out that the brakes were not repaired, so a crew of 5 was moving everything onto a new truck (without our permission). We were told they would be there by 9:30. At 10 am, they showed up. Our mattresses (my baby's included) were FILTHY, my baby's rocking chair was FILTHY. I'm talking dirty, disgusting boot prints and handprints. HAND PRINTS. Like, clear as day. 5 fingers and a palm. All over the expensive things we sleep on and use every day. Our bed frame and headboard was broken. A bookshelf was broken. A box of wine glasses was rendered sharp dust. The best part - SOMEONE ELSE'S bookshelf was among all of our things. I've actually never been this unhappy with any service I've been provided with before. I'm appalled at the nonchalant nature with which they approached damage to our items, the double move and the fact that they don't maintain their equipment. They get one star because they only charged us half the cost, but I'm extremely upset that we paid anything at all. If you want your stuff to be clean and undamaged when you move, call someone else.

Would love if someone from All Seasons Movers could contact me. My boyfriend had a move scheduled for today, August 7th, 2016 starting at 8:30am. It is now 9:15am with no word from anyone. Called both the corporate and local phone numbers - no answer, voicemail inbox is full. Tried replying back to the confirmation email, received an error that the email address doesn't exist. Not sure what is going on here, but we are not happy.
