I used Aaron's reliable movers last February and am just getting around to post a comment on here after using another moving service today. They charged me $400 over what they quoted me for, which I understand a quote is just an estimate but I still found it upsetting. And the worst part was the lead guy was rude and basically asked me for a bigger tip. I would not use them again. Went with another mover this time around and I'm glad I didn't use Aaron's.

I hired Ron and his boys to move several pieces of fine art from Chicago to San Francisco for me. Moving expensive art is SO NERVE RACKING but these guys took every measure to insure my art got to the west coast safely. Their team went above and beyond my expectations and I plan on using them again for future art shows. Highly recommended!

I was referred to Aaron's Reliable Movers when I moved to Chicago in 2011. I have used them four times and I am preparing use them again - their service has been stellar and their customer service superb! The last time I moved, the building's elevator malfunctioned which caused the move to be longer than initially estimated/ anticipated. Aaron's Reliable Movers honored the initial estimate despite the increased move time. Also, their crew has always worked swiftly and fast which is another benefit since the billing is hourly. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and colleagues! Five stars and A+ service!!!

The worst moving experience EVER. Horrible customer service. The worst company I've ever hired off Craig's list. EVER. I'm a single female and they didn't complete the service. Arrive late. I had been talking with someone at the company for a week. The "in charge" dude with attitude called me that morning to ask me what I was moving. (Really, you don't know?)He was rude to his helpers, telling them not to talk to me - that was his job. (Yes, he said that in front of me). He got hostile when I asked him some questions and told me I should call the office. He stormed out my house, leaving the back door and back gate open, got into his truck and left. Yes, without even starting the job. The office manager told me that I had no idea how hard these guys work. "I've seen them put furniture on their back to move it." Still not sure how that is different from any movers - except that maybe they should consider getting better equipment in 2014 so they don't have to use their backs.No, they didn't send anyone else. The great news? I hired Aaron Brothers Movers - and it was like night and day. My neighbor said she was calling them "Because they worked the entire time they were moving." We laughed at these clowns. Call the REAL Aaron Brothers Movers.
