2 Guys and a Van

Okay let me just start with, WHY EVEN THINK OF MOVING WITHOUT PAYING FOR PROFESSIONAL MOVERS..You are too old to ask your friends and family to help and really can you rely on any of them? 2 Guys and a Van is who you need to call. They are absolutely worth every penny. I found out I was moving in less than a month. I was going thru yelp checking out reviews. And then I was calling for estimates. 2 Guys and a Van were quick to reply.. they said 600$ I said YES!! oh did I mention this had to be done on Memorial Day weekend.  Appointment was confirmed and they called to double confirm what I thought I would have to move.. within that call I advised I have heavy stuff and it's a Bridgeport 3rd floor walk up I'm leaving from and going to a Burbank 3rd floor walk up condo... they said no problem they'll be there with 3 guys and a 16foot truck... so I continued to pack.. I remembered my last move and tried to make sure I was well prepared with everything in boxes and Gatorade in fridge. Moving day arrived and at 1230p.. 4 guys and a 16foot that looked like a 10foot truck arrived.. Thankful my wicked 2nd floor neighbor was gone and spots on the street were open right in front... the guys were very nice and professional.. when you call for an appointment I think you should request Johnny, Anthony, Kevin and Viktor.. for real probably the nicest 4 guys. They didn't  complain about all the stairs they were grateful for the Gatorade even tho I was only prepared for 3 guys.. when everything was in the truck ready to go I took a pic only cuz I didn't believe it all fit in the truck.. 16feet looks small.. we all arrived at the new place and I swear it looks like all my stuff gave birth to New stuff just on the ride over.. they got it all in and then the issue happened.. the couch won't fit thru the entrance of the building, I am on the 3rd floor remember.. ugh.. no worries these guys are professionals and have been doing this awhile.. they look super young to me so what is a while I wonder..anyway, they said we'll just back the truck up and lift it up to the balcony and boom done... well boom they did it and the job was complete.. oh best part the total for the job was not 600$ but only 470$..SHOOT that's nothing I have the 20% tip on the CC plus 100$ cash and they were very very grateful.. seriously HIRE THESE GUYS, your back will thank you, your friends will still be your friends and honestly your bank account still has cash in it.. remember ask for the 4 guys I recommend Johnny, Anthony, Kevin and Viktor...Thank you guys hope you had a great memorial day!!

Just moved from Forest Park to South loop. Never used movers before, but 2 Guys and a Van had such positive reviews on yelp, so I decided to give it a shot and they did not disappoint! It was the least stressful, most seamless move ever. First, the inventory form you fill out is quite detailed, which allows them to give a super accurate quote. I ended up paying my quote (nothing more) even though I added a couch and a handful of boxes to my move. My movers arrived right on time and were Jerry, Fernando and Louis. They were super nice (and super careful!) with all of my stuff! No damage to anything and no back pain for me! I highly recommend 2 Guys and a Van for any move!

Had a great moving experience with 2 guys. The crew showed up right on time and finished earlier than expected. This is the only move I've had that came in under quote. The crew was extremely professional and nice. Thank you Milo, Robert, Tevin, and John for all of the help!

Simply perfect. I moved this morning and was so impressed that I feel the need to immediately review. The price was very competitive and the service was professional. They took better care of my stuff than even I would. Incredibly efficient. For reference, I moved contents of a studio ~2 miles from Lincoln Park to Lakeview. Was quoted 3hrs, and it took exactly that. The team arrived early, but offered to wait till the original time to start, which was very professional. When we got to my new apartment we discovered they did not have a large service elevator (ugh). However, the movers didn't complain at all and made it work with the regular (slow elevator). I will be using 2 Guys and a Van for all my future moves and suggest you do too!
