I did business with Menards for my recent move. They quoted me around 2,000 for my move. I told them everything I had and when they arrived I ended up paying 4,500. I wish I would’ve just told them to leave when I had the chance. (They will probably comment saying I’m a hoarder because that’s their only defense mechanism). On top of that they were 3 hours late and tried to reschedule my moving day. I’ve reached out to Joe Taylor and Parker Green regarding questions I had about my move (I was very nice and polite through the whole experience despite them screwing me over). Neither have responded. This business is a joke. The only positive thing I have to say is that the men that actually moved my stuff were very nice.

My dog and cat were nervous about the moving commotion. The crew was respectful, letting my pets sniff them before starting. They also ensured the doors stayed closed, so my escape-artist cat didn’t slip out. When it came time to drive, they asked if I wanted them to leave some space in my car for a pet crate. It made traveling easier for me, knowing they were looking out for my furry friends. The small courtesy they showed towards my animals really melted my heart.

I had no reservations about referring the service and company to others because everything about my little move went smoothly, including the reservation and delivery, and the movers were professional, kind, and on time.

I like how open and honest their pricing is. Before the move, they gave a thorough estimate of the moving costs and revealed no unexpected costs.
