Absolute Nightmare: Bait-and-Switch Pricing, Extreme Delays, Severe Damage, Theft Indicators, and Unprofessional Owner. This is hands-down the worst moving company I've ever dealt with – an experience that turned a stressful move into a complete disaster. It started with bait-and-switch pricing: The initial quote was reasonable, but the final cost ended up doubling what I was originally told, with no valid explanation. Delivery took over a month – far beyond any reasonable timeframe promised. When my belongings finally arrived:Nearly every box was crushed. Multiple items were broken, including high-value pieces. My large TV was poorly protected with just thin cardboard taped over it (no proper box or crating), and it arrived destroyed. Several boxes had been re-taped, clear signs they had been opened during transit. I'm now missing items, and suspect tampering or theft. The owner personally promised to reimburse me for the broken TV and file a claim. He even convinced me to remove my initial negative review, asking for "two weeks" to make things right. That was almost two months ago. I've received zero reimbursement, and communication has gone silent. Worse, when I followed up, the owner became rude, abusive, and threatening in messages – even implying he wouldn't reimburse if I left a bad review. (I have screenshots of all this.) Do NOT use this company unless you want your belongings damaged (or worse), massive unexpected charges, endless delays, and zero accountability from the owner. Save yourself the headache, financial loss, and stress – go with anyone else. These 5-star reviews? I wouldn't be surprised to find out it's actually the company itself writing them. Don't be fooled. This is how they 'professionally box' your TVs - and how they end up when you receive them.

We were moving into our very first home, and we were already stressing over other things. We didn’t want to deal with finding movers too. This broker moving company took care of it, and we’re so glad they did. The movers were patient, careful with our new appliances, and made sure not to scuff the floors. A huge help!

My two-bedroom move had a lot of fragile framed photos and books. The movers wrapped the frames carefully, stacked the books neatly, and made sure every box was in the right room.

I had 20 boxes and a heavy couch moved into my second-floor apartment. The movers carried everything steadily upstairs and finished in just under three hours. I would definitely recommend them for apartment moves.

We have a large aquarium table that serves as both a fish tank and a coffee table. The movers accepted the challenge, despite never having seen one before. After carefully transferring my fish to a smaller container and draining half the water, they covered the glass with a layer of foam. They asked if I needed help refilling it once it arrived safely.
