This company set up a job for two lovely young adults in Boston. My company gladly helped out to move instead. Without stuffing them for a bill without ever showing up or doing a thing. Scumbags giving other moving companies a bad rap. Do not trust these people! Thanks for the tip though and the work by being scummy. Yours truly a Boston townie!

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. I had to involve the police to get my stuff back after fraud, forgery, and no services being rendered. If i could give negative stars I would because they don’t deserve 1 star. First off they are a broker they don’t do anything but take your money and then leave you out to dry. All of the five star reviews have to be fake. I will admit they have good sales personnel
but if it seems too good to be true it is because it is. They paired me with a company called Rambo 121, and told me my stuff would be picked up on October 1st and delivered by October 14th. I had already arranged for it to be move from South Carolina to Europe on a ship on the 14th. They it wouldn’t be a problem. Well all I had was problems from October 1st. Rambo 121, forged all the documentation from the contracts, to the insurance options, to the bill of lading. I informed Entrusted on October 3rd when I found out they had done that. Entrusted basically called me a liar and didn’t care that the carrier they paired me with clearly had no ethics. My stuff was NEVER DELIVERED. As a matter of fact it never left Oregon. After I spent a weeks trying to get a hold of Rambo 121 and Entrusted for an update, I finally involved the police and only at that time was I able to get an update. 31 days later Rambo 121 and Entrusted gave me access to get my stuff out of the storage unit it was being stored but both told me I would not receive a refund because my stuff was picked up and once it was picked up they were no longer responsible for what happened to it and or my experience. So I am out $2700 and back to square one of trying to get my stuff moved from its original location. They also tried to blame it on other companies. Horrible customer service. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN.

worst experience ever and I never was compensated for my broken or missing items. Chris Hill with Entrusted Van lines made so many promises and none of them where kept. They tell you they are there from the begining of your move all the way to the end BS I have never been able to get a hold of him again. I was told that my move was being done by professional movers and tghe movers that showed up where in a Uhaul and they where only 21 years old how professional could they be well I can tell you they where not professional at all. When my stuff finaly showed up it was tossed into my garage and then they left. Nothing was brought into the house and they where also supoise to put things back together that where all taken apart. These things are all heavy and it took 2 young boys to get them here and now they expect me to finish the job they where already paid cash for the day before. I moved on the 11th of October and I am still sleeping on the floor because I cangt get my bed in. Every one involved with Enterprise and the moving company Sam and Sons where liars and very unprofessional. I hope people look up these people before hiring them they are horrible people who dont give a shit about you or your belongings just your money.

Don't use this company for any reason! They are the worst moving company we have EVER used! If they had a zero stars, I would have used that because 1 star is far too much for this company that is NOT a real company at all! They took our $1276.00 deposit and then disappeared into thin air and no one would help us! They are scammers! We called and called for weeks and no one ever answers and when someone finally does, her name is Jasmine and she could care less about this company's name! She is the only person that ever answered our calls and when she finally answers your call, she acts like we have burdened her. She was so rude that I took the time to write this. She insulted me over and over and says the most unprofessional things to a customer that I think I have ever heard. We were calling to reschedule our move. After dealing with her, we wanted to cancel and use a company that trains their people to act appropriately. She refused to refund us and hung up on me! We called back repeatedly because no one answered the multiple calls. When she finally picked up the phone 2 weeks later, she told me to stop calling because no one was going to help me? OMG! I couldn't believe my ears! So much money thrown down the toilet because I had no idea such miserable people were scamming this industry!
Luckily, we have about 11 attorneys in my family and we promptly pursued this to a legal level for our refund. Please don't ever use them!

When I say run you need to RUUUUUUUUN. This so-called company is a sham ran by extortionists. If I could give them a -10 i would. I'm going to make this story straight to the point. They called my phone the day before to confirm they would be at my home between 11a-3p. 3pm came and went. No one at my house then I get a random call from someone who barely speaks any English tell me to send him pictures of all of my items that are going to be shipped. % pm comes and someone pulls up to my house in a pickup truck who had to use a app to communicate with me. Taking pictures of all my items telling me he will be back to my house by 7pm. I call Entrusted Van Lines to see what is going on and how this all seems shady and unprofessional. They didn't care. They were not in communication with whoever these drivers were. I was getting told different stories from Lizz to Jonathon to Danielle. i was told by Danielle that if I didn't use all the space then i will be refunded back a portion of my money to being told the exact opposite from Johnathon. I was given the run around to the point where I did not feel safe with whoever these people were with my belongings. They refuse to refund me back my deposit. I have since filed a police report and have contacted my lawyer and the BBB. This company will not get away with stealing my money. i will fight this to the bitter end.
