We opened our You Move Me location and are looking forward to transferring our knowledge and experience operating a successful 1-800-Got-Junk? franchise to our You Move Me franchise.

Absolutely Fantastic!Moving can be such an overwhelming event but You Move Me made it feel a lot less painful. William, the Operations Manager, and the entire crew (Mannie, Bogdan/Tim, Darnell, David, and Tyrone) were wonderful to work with. They were all very friendly, efficient, and thorough. William was quick to come out and get us a quote and was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. His quote was pretty spot on based on what he viewed in our home. Luckily, we were able to pack up everything we thought we would so it ended up taking less time than William quoted which is great. Of course, I appreciated the "over-quote" just in case we hadn't gotten it all packed like we thought. They arrived on time, did a good walk through of the house to plan and prep, and then they got right to work. They worked really quickly and were very careful with our things. All items made the move safely and nothing was damaged. All furniture was broken down and when we got to our new house they set everything back up and even put the boxes in the rooms we wanted them in.I think one of the best parts of my entire experience were their positive attitudes. Any company can move people from one place to another but these guys made it a pleasant experience. To paint a picture, it was abnormally hot that day and it was Sunday so Sunday Football was on so they were missing that. However, they were upbeat, joking with each other and with us. Now, as an HR professional I will add they were joking appropriately for the workplace. :) All in all, great experience and I highly recommend!

I am very impressed with my experience with You Move Me. Tony was super patient and helpful over the phone as this was the first time I've used movers before and I had a ton of questions.The team was super professional, worked quickly and the service was reasonably priced. They were right on time and were super careful with our stuff. My husband and I just got married so I was primarily concerned about the boatload of new fragile glassware and plates -- I was so nervous they weren't going to make it thru the move but the team paid attention and took care to make sure everything arrived in one piece. I would definitely use them again and recommend You Move Me to anyone looking for movers in the area! We're never moving ourselves again! #converted

We used You Move Me for my company's move locally and they were great (2015) so I though I should use them as well now when we are moving across states to get a quote. Frank C came out to check out my house and said would give me an estimate by the weekend (8/20) and that estimate never came. I even wrote a follow up email with him and nothing. I just hope that he is okay and had an emergency for not writing me back but I also expect someone else to take over if this is the case and not leave me hanging. Will NOT use them again even for company local moves.

This is the second time I've requested The San Jose team of Rich and his team to move me.They called me the night before, stated all the details of the move, what time of arrival, and transit time from San Jose to San Francisco.Extremely timely, efficient, and professional ! The move started at 8:30- packed, transported, and unpacked in SF by 2PM! The staging company I work for exclusively hires these guys for all of our moving needs. This team is on time, friendly, and careful with the furniture. I've worked with many great movers on the team but I especially love working with Roosevelt and Fred. They are efficient and overall great guys.
