This was the WORST service I have EVER received. Up until moving day they were responsive and helpful. I was promised they would arrive between 8 and 9am so when no one was there by 9:30 I called the office. I got a follow up call saying there had been a delay and I would have an ETA shortly. Hours later I am still waiting. I call the number I was texted from, no answer. Call the office, no answer. Call ALL the numbers from their website and email, no answer. I get one text message promising me a crew and extra people for free very soon.Eventually I get a call saying the nearby crew would show up once they finish their other job. They arrive after 6pm without the extra people I was promised.I had prepacked everything except the kitchen which I have pre-notified the company needs packing. The team has no idea I need a kitchen packed. They say they don't have the materials needed so off I go to home depot to buy packing materials. SEVEN hours later they finish packing the truck. They are exhausted, as am I, as I have been carrying boxes and small furniture items to speed up the process. It's now 1am. I can't have them unloading the furniture at my new apartment building so I ask them if meeting me at the new apartment first thing in the morning is possible. The driver agrees as he is exhausted.The next day no one shows up. No phone call or text. I call the office again, no answer. I call the driver, no answer. We play this game ALL day. I am starting to worry, these guys have everything I own in their truck. I even go to the Police to ask what I can do.Eventually I get a text saying they will arrive at 5pm. At 6pm no one has arrived. I call again. They are on the way. It takes four hours to unpack my one bedroom apartment. The bill comes to just under $1000 plus they broke my ceramic dragon. I ask the mover for his bosses cell number. He refuses. The invoice has no contract details on it. Do not use this company. They are dishonest. You have been warned!

We worked with Leo and Eduardo for our move and these guys were great. They were thorough and effective, didn't waste any time. We especially appreciated them carrying all our heavy furniture to the second floor of our new home so quickly. John was also fantastic at answering all my questions quicky ahead of the move and very flexible to accommodate my timing. I definitely recommend them.
