If I could give negative stars I would! When you call to schedule the guy to come give a quote, the lady is super nice! They seem to care! I used them 7 years ago and had a great experience. Things have really gone downhill since then! When the guy came out to give a quote, he brought his attitude with him! As if he were doing me a favor? His software wasn't working write so wasted so much time trying to deal with that while complaining the whole time how busy he was. After telling to just write it out like they did 7 years ago, he got even more pissy. Told me i'd hear from him the next day or two... yeah, got nothing! So I called and he said, "my advice, go somewhere else". What??? I called the main number back to let them know this. They seemed very apologetic and said that is not how we do things. So they got me in touch with Charles, the manager in San Jose. He said, "I can't really do anything about that, here call this guy" and gave me a phone number. Turns out, he is the #2 man of the company! At first, he seemed pissed! A, that this happened, and B, Charles gave out his number! Said he'd get right in it! A couple of days goes by and I don't hear anything. So I contact this guy back and guess what??? He changes his tune and says "our operations in California aren't very good, you are better going and using someone else"?? I mean, seriously?!!! When even the head honchos tell clients not to use them.? That's bad!!!

I told my employer that if I ever get relocated, by any employer, I will pay for my own move, and handle it entirely on my own. I have formally asked that Graebel be removed from our vendor list.Yes, it is that bad! About three months before my scheduled relocation, I was contacted by Greabel by email.  Evidently my employer has set me up with an account, because they asked me to log in and update my profile.  I did so, and the questions were pretty basic (mobile number, current address, family info, qty, and nature of the items to be moved, etc).Later that day, I got an email from Citibank in Sacramento.  It started with something like, "We need to talk about a loan for future new home in California". Over the next few days, calls and emails started rolling in. I was confused by the reference to California.I asked them why they are calling me.  They stated that they were contacting about my upcoming relocation. I told them I am relocating to Singapore, not Sacramento. Ok, that was a silly mistake, but selling my contact info, is another thing altogether.I called Greabel, and complained.  They changed Sacramento to Singapore.  I asked about why my email and phone was given to solicitors (no answer).  I looked up their policy.  It says they do not share info without permission.  I was never asked for permission at all.The solicitations continued.  Many came from car dealers even though I had sarcastically went back into my profile and listed myself as blind under the comments section.  Funny eh? Technically speaking I was legally blind. No I did not leave that in the profile. In the end I moved my own stuff.  They just cut a cheque.  I told them, "thanks but no thanks" to any and all of their services. I was so tired of all the solicitations. I had to change my phone number to avoid them.To this day, I have never received an apology for selling my personal info (name, phone, email, etc) to all those solicitors. I take this sort of thing very seriously and will never let it slide.I am still seeking resolve from Greabel.  I doubt it will happen without duress.I sought resolve, through my employer. They suggested that I have malware, and that is how the information leaked. The erronious information, suggesting a relocation to Rocklin was in Graebels' computer, not mine. The only way solicitors could get that info, is by getting it from Graebel.Later I threatened Graebel, and they complained to my employer. I plan to threaten them more, and take this to the press.Graebel, if you read this, I only ask that you publically admit that you sell personal details about your clients employees. I am willing to do whatever it takes to escalate this. I do not care if what they did is legal. I am right, and I will stand up for my rights.I strongly suggest avoiding Graebel, if you take your private information seriously.

They broke my TV. When I filed a complaint I was told that because they didn't know the condition of the TV at the time of the pick up and since there is no physical Damage they can't replace it. My TV was working perfectly before they came and move us from PA to FL and when the TV came in it will not work. I will never ever use your their services again. They misplace daughter bed screws broke my TV stand and broke my dinner room set table.

DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR FURNITURE AND REFUSE TO REPAIR OR PAY! When they pack our table it was in good condition and when they move the table to our house they couldn't put the table together and they write on the paper receipt they will come and fix the table but they never did. When we contact them they claim its climatic change so they are not responsible . So basically this company, they damage your furnitures , and they don't care , they will not repair or pay for your damage, if you try to sue them they will claim its climatic change damage and they are not responsible. Please for those of you looking to use this company, please don't do it! Please please please ! Our table cost$1500 and we regret using their service! I will be keep posting honest reviews about this company until they apologize and settle this issue. The company needs to learn how to respect their customer ! If you don't believe my word I can show you all the photos and written proofs , feel free to message me via Yelp.

I have used Graebel for three moves and each experience gets worse and worse.  My last move from San Francisco to Denver couldn't have been worse.  My goods coordinator Marilyn was almost non-responsive in communication.  First it started with a gross over-estimation of my move.  Due to Graebel's policy of paying for the move upfront based on the estimate, you have no recourse if there is a discrepancy in the cost.  Even though I tried to confirm the dates of the move, my coordinator would not respond even after three emails which resulted in my costs to attend the move to go up.  On the day of the packing, no one showed up and after I contacted Marilyn, she indicated that she forgot to load the date into the system.  Finally, the delivery of my goods was a week later than agreed upon and there was no communication as to the status of the transport to help manage my expectations for the delivery date.  I tried to escalate my experience to the local manager who left a message promising to look into the matter but he never called me back to help smooth things over. The only reason that I gave it even one star is because the personnel who did the packing and loading were incredibly good, taking wonderful care of my things and doing the work in record speed.  I was extremely happy with their performance. Its a very expensive service with a huge lack of customer service.
