The moving experience was sub-par due to amateurish mistakes.

The first issue was the movers moving perishable food (including my wife's frozen breast milk) on the truck early in the move. They asked if I wanted the refrigerator contents moved and I said "yes," but in no way did I expect them to do it as soon as they could. Since the food was behind other furniture, we had to make a run to the new home to unload and get to the food before it went bad. I moved with professional movers all the time and one of two things happens, they move the food as the very last thing or they don't move the food at all.

The second was organization. Other movers tend to tape or make sure wires and cables for electronics are packaged together, and that screws are taped (or put in a bag and taped) to the furniture or device they belong to. Sadly, none of that was done by these movers which made unpacking a big mess.

Finally, when I called to get some assistance with locating some items (due to the poor organization from the second point), I was told to call the truck driver. I called and left a message and nobody called me back.

The move took a lot longer than expected. Previous moves took about this long or less when we had MUCH more stuff, so I was disappointed in the time to complete compared to my previous experience.

The main reason for the one star is the poor customer service demonstrated by the owner. The owner replied to my similar review on Yelp, but instead of taking feedback with grace and trying to improve his team for future moves, he tries to discredit my review with slander (going as far to say my move was the result of an eviction) and a passive aggressive tone. These guys do a great job.  Very fair pricing and delivery on time.  Highly recommended.

I've used this moving company several occasions and recommended them to friends and family as well.  I have always been satisfied with their work and communication has always been speedy!  As a matter of fact, I just used them last night and I couldn't be happier with their service!  Even though the workers didn't speak much English, it wasn't difficult to communicate. They were able to understand us enough so that the process went smooth!  Thank you again for all your hard work!

Found them via Craigslist. Looked them up on Yelp and decided to try them due to the positive reviews. These guys were excellent. They kept me posted via text. The 2 employees were on time and did a phenomenal job packing and moving all of our belongings! The price was the best price on the market. Would recommend them and use them again.

I have used these guys twice over the years & as far as movers go, they are top notch.  My only qualm is the last time I used them, they demanded a huge tip at the end of the move. This was very off putting as I usually tip well, but I don't like being told to pay a tip and how much. This is why only 4 stars. All in all, I would probably use again.
