These guys were great from the very start. When I called for a quote for loading my cross-country move, Drew answered my myriad of questions and helped me get the right crew/ equipment for the job. I had originally planned for a shipping trailer to be dropped off outside my door to make it easy for the guys to load; unfortunately, the shipping trailer wasn't able to fit close to my home, and was parked down the street. I called Drew to update him with the change in plans, and he reassured me "no problem"-- he sent his crew to my house with their own shuttle truck to transport my items to the shipping trailer down the street. The crew leader was clearly experienced (he knew exactly how to load my trailer, and install the bulkhead when finished). I even had a large street scooter to load, and despite the fact that the trailer ramp was unfortunately unusable, the crew worked together to lift and load the dreadfully heavy thing. I was impressed with their strength! Despite the additional shuttling to the shipping trailer (which I had anticipated would have taken much longer) these guys were fast and efficient. Drew had given me a head's up when I called for a quote, letting me know what equipment to have handy ahead of time to save myself some money (furniture pads, shipping blankets, straps, rope, etc.). With the tools I had prepared, they did a great job of loading all my things quickly and safely. Even when we hit a snag in scheduling, Drew handled everything very graciously. Despite a change in plans out of their control, Drew contacted me the day prior to let me know and ask if a schedule change was okay with me; and, characteristic of a good business man, he offered me a discount for accepting the schedule change, which was greatly appreciated. I really value those who go out of their way to make their customers happy and comfortable, and these guys provided every step of the way! Pro tip: Cash payment is discounted. If you can, pay in cash. And always remember to tip your moving crew! Book with D&L Movers. You won't regret it.

They were amazing and extremely helpful! I called them last minute because I needed to move from Fremont to Campbell and my help bailed on me. They showed up on time and ready to go! Knocked the entire move out within a reasonable amount of time (we had a ton of stuff!). I'm so thankful and grateful for their help. Thanks again!Highly recommended!

Great moving company; friendly, communicates well, on-time, and helpful. The only downside was the cost but that was our own fault for not wanting to do our own packing.

So far this has been the most frustrating moving experience of my life.  For one thing they sent out one of the owners sons who is still working on his high school diploma in continuation school, so he wasn't able to be here through all of the move.   They also had a shirt attitude, as if they didn't give a shit if my things were broken.  I have a lot of antiques and valuables in my home but when you send out a crew that is all under thirty years old, they don't give a shit.  And they don't do what I ask them to.  I have a life threatening medical condition that requires me to take around 39 pills per day.  But they have to be sorted in a pill sorter, and that takes me about 45 minutes to do every Seles.  Well, Leo Jr.  Said he handled and then I watched in horror as he dumped all my medications in a box.  Oh, and they left me no facial cleanser, no bath towels, and of course my medication is all over the bottom of a box.  I will be lucky if I can go to sleep before 2 am and then all theses little shitheads will be back on the morning.  Absolutely worst moving experience ever.  And they are NOT touching any of my guitars or pianos.  Oh fuck no
