Spoke to Drew (owner) by phone and he gave a detailed description of what his crew would do and even worked me in the same week for my move! Nikko, Hayden, Bernie, Leo, and Nate were efficient, mindful, and thorough in the prep, move, and cleanup. Highly recommend them!

If you are looking for a great moving company you have found it in D&L Movers.  I selected them based on their reviews. They are truly the nicest hardest working guys we have ever used. My husband and I are not able to do as much as we once were and Leo, one of the owners, went the extra mile to make our move as easy as possible for us.  He arranged guys to come and help with removing somethings from our back yard days before our move. We have the garage from hell and they also came to move boxes from the front of the garage out to the driveway so we could get rid of some of it at our garage sale. The day of our sale I had them come early morning and move the furniture for the sale out and on to the driveway.  The guys were awesome from start to finish. Packers came the day before and finished what we didn't get too making moving day go very smoothly.  They all went above and beyond for us and I can't thank them enough.  Our move was a local move but I wouldn't hesitate to use them for out of state. Great Company!

Niko, Hayden and Jose were 3 of a kind. My job was extremely challenging. EXTREMELY. Borderline impossible. I needed to have two large (1,200 lbs) pieces of awkwardly shaped equipment that needed to enter my business through narrow doors and narrow hallways. It required a tow truck to even get the equipment off of the semi-truck. The movers were patient and once the equipment arrived, they took charge and were very diligent. My equipment was awkwardly shaped and very difficult to maneuver! Niko was very polite, upbeat, and positive. From his phone call to meeting him, he was confident and assuring that they would find a way to make it happen. He was also a great leader for the team. He gave out clear and concise instructions so that everyone was on the same page. He had amazing leadership ability and there was a moment where I thought it was impossible to get my equipment through the door, he told me not to worry and they will figure out a way. He was not afraid to handle the challenge head-on and someone knew what to do even though it was their first time dealing with a shipment of this caliber.Hayden is a very articulate guy. He found ways to figure things out quickly. Hayden is a genius with problem-solving. There were times where the weight of the equipment was off balanced and he used his body as the weight to even it out! Trust me this was harder than it sounds. He made sure my equipment was correctly disassembled for moving and then correct reassembled when it was in the room. Hayden had a positive attitude the entire time and was very calm even during very stressful moments of the move. Jose was a great supporting team-player. He worked very hard and contributed all his effort to help. Honestly, there wasn't a better team than these 3 to help me. It was one of the toughest things I've ever seen and yet they did it, twice! My job took 3 hours but it was probably the most challenging 3 hours they ever had! After the move, they even helped put back the doors and sweep the sidewalk of any debris.Thank you, guys.I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This was a very seamless and highly efficient move. Beginning with the owner, Drew, who was straightforward and honest when I first contacted him.Nikko, Fred, Leo and Robert showed up on time and efficiently completed the move in 2 hours. The crew were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their services and definitely use for future moves.

D&L Movers were fantastic from the second I called them for a quote through the entire move.  We were moving from a one bedroom 2nd story apartment in Campbell to a one bedroom 2nd story apartment in Los Gatos and other companies I called quoted me 5 hours and up to $1,000 which I thought was way too much for such a simple move.  D&L said they could do it in 3 hours for $140/hour and they did not disappoint!They arrived at 8:00 instead of 9:00 but it was not a problem and we were all moved into our new place by 10:45 a.m.!  You can't beat that.  Hayden, Leo, and Bernie were all extremely friendly and professional and worked incredibly quickly.  I bought them doughnuts and noticed that they ate them while running up and down the stairs - they didn't even stop for 10 seconds to eat a doughnut!  Also they were not phased at all by my dog.  Most people are afraid of him because he's a pit bull but Hayden, Leo, and Bernie totally took him in stride even when he got scared and started barking.  They even gave me advice on how to set up the furniture in the new place and rearranged it when we all agreed it was a little odd in the first setup.  The only thing I didn't like (but not something that would prevent me from using them again) is that when I called for the quote, the owner said that all materials were included in the price.  But they charged me for shrink wrap, a mattress bag, and tape which was only $36 but still.  Don't say everything's included if it's not.  However, they gave me a 7% cash discount so the total was only $424.54, or $500 with tip.  Not bad at all!Don't waste your time calling a ton of companies for quotes like I did - just go with D&L and you will not be disappointed!  I will absolutely use D&L for every move I make in the future.  It was the best $500 I've ever spent.
