Nationwide UNITS® Storage and Service Centers are locally-owned and operated and familiar with the communities they service.

Consumer and business customers have the capability to visit a facility and make storage and moving arrangements or access their Unit container. For the ultimate in convenience customers can also make reservations on line. UNITS® offers high quality constructed containers featuring a translucent top allowing for natural light to enter the space. The Unit container is clean, weather-resistant, spacious and available in 12' and 16' lengths. The UNITS® delivery system is the most technologically advanced in the industry, virtually eliminating any shift in contents when lifting containers on and off transport vehicles. The Unit container may be placed in a UNITS secure storage and service center or at the customers desired location, always at ground level for easy access.

The national network of UNITS® Storage and Service Centers currently services over 500 cities in North America with additional locations scheduled to open in the near future. I needed a large unit to hold all of the stuff in my garage for a few weeks while I finished it out and did some upgrades. UNITS Mobile Storage was priced competitively and super easy to work with on delivery + pick up. Every part of the company, from the office staff to the drivers to the trucks + units themselves, was polished, professional, and there to help make the process an easy one for me. Will definitely use in the future if/when needed.

Do not input your information on the online form unless you want to get spammed by 15 different moving companies in the span of 5 minutes (both by phone and email). It seems like this was brought up to the company several months ago but it doesn't seem like anything was done about it. I'm actually somewhat thankful that they do not service the city I will be moving to in a few weeks.UPDATE: As of 7/10/14, I have received 25 phone calls with the majority of them being in the first two hours of filling out the online form and after each phone call, I received 2-4 emails. I really hope the company does something to rectify this or at least put a note on their website giving an option to not be spammed.

UNITS Mobile Storage, specifically Tom and Heidi, provided the exact level of flexibility and customer service we needed as our business expanded. We told them about our specific logistical problem, for which they recommended a 4-UNIT solution. Of course, because we "knew better", we ignored them and mandated they only send one initially. After all was said and done, we ended up with exactly 4. Our needs were quirky and went well beyond what I'd imagine a typical customer would require, which Tom and Heidi deftly and expertly handled. When there were problems (as there always are with any project), they were resolved quickly, professionally and completely.We have since moved into a larger facility with "plenty" of storage, which we have already started to outgrow. When we do, we'll certainly be giving Tom and Heidi a call.

UNITS stepped up to provide the best possible customer service, when a competitor was unwilling to help me. I am so grateful that UNITS agreed to deliver to my house in La Mesa, where the driveway is narrow and storage UNIT had to be left on the street. Delivery timing was exactly when expected, expertly parked at the curb by a friendly, courteous worker. In cooperation with 1st Choice Movers ( Whom I highly recommend) the UNIT was picked up less than 24 hours after delivery, as soon as it was fully loaded. I am very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of both UNITS and 1st Choice Movers. I highly recommend both, and especially the cooperation between them.Thanks for a job well done!
