Nationwide UNITS® Storage and Service Centers are locally-owned and operated and familiar with the communities they service.

Consumer and business customers have the capability to visit a facility and make storage and moving arrangements or access their Unit container. For the ultimate in convenience customers can also make reservations on line. UNITS® offers high quality constructed containers featuring a translucent top allowing for natural light to enter the space. The Unit container is clean, weather-resistant, spacious and available in 12' and 16' lengths. The UNITS® delivery system is the most technologically advanced in the industry, virtually eliminating any shift in contents when lifting containers on and off transport vehicles. The Unit container may be placed in a UNITS secure storage and service center or at the customers desired location, always at ground level for easy access.

The national network of UNITS® Storage and Service Centers currently services over 500 cities in North America with additional locations scheduled to open in the near future. What a great experience with UNITS Moving & Portable Storage. On time, professional, super product, and most importantly outstanding customer service! Thank you to everyone at UNITS who made my life so much easier. We moved into a new condo with very strict rules/timetables for our move. Everyone at UNITS who facilitated the condo & city requirements on where to park, what time drop off would be and pick up time was seamless. The drivers called prior to delivery and pick up and were ON TIME!!Thank you again. I will recommend you to all my friends!

Another satisfied customer! Local company that treats their customers with respect and honesty. We worked with Heidi on all of our transactions and our delivery/pick up professional was Rason. No concerns, easy to deal with and did I mention local :-) Very clean storage containers, no broken parts and everything operated as expected! Absolutely will use this company again. Touring the warehouse of one of KIC Restoration's favorite vendors. We have never had a single issue, these guys get it. Tom and Heidi are legit. If you need and unit, and you need it now, these are the folks you want to call. The will bring you the unit, the lock, the straps - the whole works! The units are high grade and water tight. The are always spotless and these details are important when operating in the emergency response ecosystem. They understand the pressures from various insurance carriers and they are not cheap, but they are fair. You get what you pay for, you won't be disappointed.

This company was a breath of fresh air. I needed a pod delivered asap as we were selling our house and found out we only had 7 days to pack up, find a place to live and move out. No easy task. We did not have a place to live so we knew we were going to need to store our stuff and we decided on the 16ft pod. The driver who delivered it was courteous, professional and definitely knew what he was doing. We were able to load it very easily and then the day we moved out we found a place to live so they conveniently picked it up and delivered it to our new home. We then got to take our time emptying it and kept it for the full month. It was like having our own on site storage unit. We spoke to Lisa numerous times throughout the move and she was always very accommodating with days and times for drop off and pick up and she even sent a cute thank you in the mail. It is a a little book of excerpts from The Treasury of Quotes. This is what customer service is and this is the way it should be done. Only thing I would change is eliminate either the drop off or pick up fee as you have to pay for the pod and both drop off and pick up.
