UPDATE: you can only use their free truck and mover offer when you're moving IN to your storage unit. They we're booked up when I was moving into my unit and I thought "no problem.. I'll take advantage when I move out" nope. Can't do that unfortunately. No one bothered to explain that when I was moving my stuff into the unit. I was super disappointed to learn that days before I have to move out of my storage unit. That really, really disappointed me. After shopping around for a storage unit business, my roommate found Morena Storage. My roommate has a lot of stuff, I have much less, but I decided to rent from them as well since they have such a wide variety of sizes and decent pricing. They're secure and friendly, and I was always offered a water bottle when signing in, it was cold and refreshing and sometimes I forgot how much water I needed since I was so busy moving all my stuff. They're right near the 8 and the 5, and it's hands down the nicest looking business on the street. I'd recommend them to anyone I know needing a storage place. PLUS they had the Star Wars soundtrack playing the day I signed up, talk about epic moving music.

As we all know, moving is stressful as hell but with the help from Ken (my free mover!!!) the stress immediately dropped. Ken was so friendly, fun and very hardworking. He made my moving and storing experience absolutely wonderful. I did run into a minor hiccup though - I booked online to the point where it said confirmed/successful and never received and email so I called the company and was put on hold and ten minutes later put through to a voicemail so I called back only for them to tell me the person that handles confirmation emails wasn't in. I called them the next morning to confirm (my moving day) at 7 am when they opened only for them to tell me they didn't see me in the system. I asked if I could just book on the phone (because I did not trust the online platform) for the next available day and I was told I had to come in person or book online. I was frustrated so I called at my lunch break at work and Michael (I think it was Michael) was very helpful and told me I was able to book through the phone. Amazing and clean facility, the only thing I would do though is call to book and not use the website!Just moved out of my storage unit on 9/9 and have to say that KEN is still the absolute best. It was really busy when I went in to pick up my Uhaul and check my storage space out and I'm a bit surprised that even though there were two others guys behind the counter that only Ken was helping all of us and that he had to ask for assistance so that another customer didn't have to awkwardly stand around. Take some initiative other dudes! Anyway, Morena storage is great, Ken is great, the facility is clean and the complimentary water bottles are great. Will recommend.

Owners are the only problem with this location but it makes you dislike the place with more and more with time. If you are getting a storage for under 1 year then this is great option but if you need long term storage I recommend a place that does not raise the fees every year. They said by saying price is garunteed 1 years is the same as telling you that your rate is garunteed to go up every year. Plus if you want to downsize owners will not allow any of the special promotions because your already a customer. Ownership does not care about long term happiness of their customers. It is a Clean location and amazing customer service from the people always there working that are willing to help you move things (only the owners are rude to customers)

I was very impressed with the ease of my move in yesterday!! The whole process was easy and the use of the truck was a HUGE bonus. Then, they provided an incredible helper, Gaige, who was calm, polite, and best of all efficient and a hard worker. I would highly recommend Morena Storage to others. Plus, it is impeccable!!

This place is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have been meaning to write them a review for some time now. It almost brings a tear to my eye when I think about this place and how great they are. I had all my belongings in a unit here for almost 2 years (during some difficult transitions), and the customer service is impeccable. Not only do the offer you waters every time you walk in, but they always offer you help as well. I swear I was asked a minimum of 3 times every time I was in there. The most helpful team ever! On top of this, the first time I moved in, I was able to make use of the FREE TRUCK AND ONE FREE HELPER for first time move ins. How great is this! And once I had to upgrade to a larger room and I had one solo worker help me move everything! He tetris-ed everything in like I never could have. These guys also go above and beyond, and when I moved out they worked so hard helping me move all my heavy furniture and carefully fit it into my truck. One of the workers even spent his lunch break driving with me and helping me unload everything into my new place. I HIGHLY recommend Morena Storage to everyone! If I ever need a storage unit again I would drive the extra mile and never look anywhere else. LOVE THIS PLACE
